This place is awesome for food beside all the services they provide for your car and the ameneties of a gas/conviniece station. Their food is awesome, starting with their breakfast burritos 1.99, buffalo wing bites, joe`s season fries and the Italian beef sandwich, you don`t have to go to Chicago to have one, these guys make them just or better than Chicago. I ate there the whole entire week I was in MSP.

Another great Bobby & Steve experience.

Another great Bobby & Steve experience. They picked up my truck, took it back to their shop for an oil change, washed and detailed it, and brought it right back to me in just a couple of hours. The guy that picked up my truck was very courteous and prompt. Totally recommend this shop and service.

I`ve found my shop!

I`ve only had two oil changes done to my vehicle since I moved here, but these guys have really impressed me already.

The first time I went, my vehicle was at about 50,000 miles -- they told me that it was a mileage interval that had a lot more factory recommended services. One of them was a transmission fluid and filter change. They actually showed me a fluid sample and told me I could probably wait anothe... view morer oil change or two before I got that done. I appreciated that so much that asked them to just do it that day, even though I`d have rather waited to get it done!

They just appeared very thorough. I received an inspection sheet that showed the parts of my car they looked at. Even when there`s little to nothing wrong with the car, it`s nice to know that!

Nice gas station and car wash. Dishonest mechanics!!

My father has auto dealerships but none are in the twin cities. On two occasions I was having issues so I brought my vehicle to THIS location for a diagnosis. The first time was not a huge deal. They only overquoted me on part prices. The second time was ridiculous. They well over quoted me (+$3000) and told me that I had needed XX part. Honesty in a dishonest world

We brought our 2004 Honda in for a check-up due to a whistling noise while driving on
the highway. We were told by your technicians that the blower motor had
went out and needed to be replaced (at a cost of $450). We went ahead with
the repairs. We were also told about the goodyear card by Matt so we could
have this bill interest free for 90 days. We signed up for that as well.
We brought it h... view moreome and a few days later we heard the noise again. We were
told to bring it back in and your techs had it for nearly 6 hours. Finally
they took me for a test drive and (I think his name was Aaron) discovered
the sound was from the windshield. We returned to the shop and they put our
original blower motor in and refunded us for the repairs. That kind of
service and trustworthyness is not often seen nowadays. This is my 3rd car
I have brought in, and have always had a wonderful experiance. Your staff
has a high level of honesty and that is greatly appreciated. I have retold
this story to many people who are now looking for Bobby and Steves by them.
My neighbor has gone to the same shop for the last 15 years and is planning
on switching to yours now. I just wanted to thank you again for your high
level of customer service and tell you that you have probably gained a
customer for life

Great if you`re rich

Working downtown, I am always hoping to find a reasonably priced mechanic near work. This isn`t it. Took my car in with a front end problem, walked out $1,600 lighter, for 2 cv axles, 2 struts and 1 tie rod end, and alignment. This seems extremely high. Over $900 in labor alone for a job done in 1 day. The mandatory 2 wheel alignment was $86.00 --highest price I`ve ever seen, and has a 30 DAY warranty. Was also charg... view moreed $25 for ""shop supplies."" and another $ 25 for ""hazardous materials"" This is outrageous. Also, the bill does not mention the brand of parts installed, or the hourly labor rate.
