Terrible experience

I tried dealing with Walser Chrysler Jeep and it was one of the worst experiences ever! They did not get back to you on time; their on line web service is a joke; they say one thing and do another. Be careful!

Mark Kremer and Walser Jeep

I agree about Mark Kremer! We have bought about 3 cars from him in the past few years and he always has been upfront and made the transaction very easy. I used to sell new cars so I am a very tough customer to please and I can truly say that Mark Kremer was honest and made me feel comfortable throughout our transaction. I also have to add that we bought our jeep and immediately went out of town and when we returned... view more we noticed a ding on the side back area above the tire. I was afraid that they wouldn`t fix it and it would be a fight to get them to fix it, but I was wrong. They were extremely nice about the ding and they fixed it for free. I can honestly say that I have never worked at a dealership that would have fixed the car graciously which Walser did for us! I would buy again from Mark and I can strongly recommend buying a car from him!

Great service!

Zero sales pressure at Walser!

I spent an hour talking and test driving Jeeps with Tony Leovan at Walser Jeep in Hopkins, and never once did I feel any undue pressure to buy. Walser`s Best Deal

I purchased my new Jeep Compass from Tony Leovan. Great experience. Price is right, Tony was professional and had the knowledge of the vehicle to make me comfortable purchasing it. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

To all MINI VAN buyers: My wife and I realized 10 days before the birth of our third child that 3 car seats in a row didn`t work. We searched all across the metro. 7 days, 10 dealers looking for the best value in MINI VANS. WALSER HOPKINS Chrysler/Dodge was by far the value and the best climate to shop. There was no guessing with their ""best value price"" labeled on all vehicles. We worked with TONY Leovan and felt NO pressure in fact it was the opposite he educated us with what the different types of vans offered and lead us to the best value. TONY even stayed late with us one night when we had a baby sitter to allow us to test drive the vehicles. At other dealers we felt pressure and found we could only get a stripped down model in our price range. At WALSER Hopkins we found a loaded van brand new in our price range. Tony explained every feature clearly to myself and my wife before we drove off the lot. We had been pre-approved with a rate of 3.0 before we started shopping and MITCH the general manager got us an even lower rate! My wife and I are very tight with our money and had never bought a new VAN together. We couldn`t have been more pleased.

A Great Experience!

Great People and Excellent Experience

I don`t usually write reviews but I have had such a good experience with Walser both before and after the sale I thought I needed to share it with everyone. JayLo, Jim, and all the employees seem to always go out of their way to help me. They were very upfront with why my trade was worth the money they gave me and what the price of the car I was looking to buy was worth.
