I wouln`t send my worst enemy here- Read ths!

Lazy Service! Horrible customer service! I called in and I was told ""..I can tell your mad, so I am going to hang up the phone. You wouldn`t want me to say something you may regret and we`d never finish your car."" Completely Disrespectful. No matter how bummed you are that your only car isn`t ready (FOR TWO WEEKS! OVER SCHEDULED ETA) you never tell a customer somthing like that. I was floored. I am now on my seco... view morend week without my car from an 8 hour job. I wouldn`t send my worst ememy here because no one alive deserves this treatment. In this day in age, you one have item that keeps a service shop open: Customer Loyality. Apparently, they`ve never received that memo. -Disappointed in Duluth
