Could have been more honest...
I had my car serviced at Heartland Tire and Auto. First of all they charge $100 for a diagnostic... Then I asked for verification via phone prior to any additional services to be done. They performed a $168 service without calling me first. They did the job, but they could have been more honest and upfront regarding the services performed. I probably will not go there again despite being so close.
