I frequent FF on average once ...

I frequent FF on average once a week. For the most part, I would rate it "good". However, I tried to contact the automotive/service dept for an oil change and the department was not accepting phone calls according to the FF operator. So, today I tried calling for the last 2 hours and I am continually getting a busy signal! This past weekend, I was purchasing only 2 bags of wood pellets for my pellet stove. I was ap... view moreproached by an employee who rudely stated, "I won`t let you put more than 3 bags in the cart!" I thought, "ok" then asked why. He stated, "Because the casters won`t support the weight." I personally do have some experience with these carts and I know the castors are probably the strongest part of the cart and would be the last part to fail. I will continue to shop here out of convienience but it probably will not be my first choice.
