HORRIBLE LIARS

I purchased a jeep from them in November 2011 . Only 6 months ago. The guy, dave, I believe his name was who sold me the vehicle took me for everything I was worth. This is my first vehicle purchase and my husband is overseas so I didn`t know all the questions to ask. He sold me the car at full price, wouldn`t drop even $100 of the listing price. The car needed 4 new tires. He gave me the vehicle with the gas light o... view moren, THE TANK WASN`T EVEN FULL! I had to bring the car back within 2 days of driving it because it constantly blew hot air. In the 6 months I`ve owned it, I`ve had to have it towed twice. Once was after 1 month of owning it the starter failed on me and I couldn`t start the car. The second time was recently when the vehicle was overheating. Also when I looked at the sales receipt, the sales representative, Dave, typed my name wrong on everything! He typed it wrong on my loan, and on my warranty card, I don`t know if he`s just dumb and doesn`t know how to spell or what but I had to call both the bank and the warranty place to get my name and addressed spelled CORRECTLY! These people try and say ""oh we`re a great company because we run a youth organization out of the back of our building"" but they are all crooks who don`t take care of the vehicles they sell or their customers. I will NEVER be going back here and I hope no one brings them their business!

Do not purchase from this dealer.

If I could give this dealer no stars, I would, they blatantly lied about the car we purchased a few years back, not even a week after we brought it home and I started driving it, the fuse for the inside lights went out, no biggie, replaced and started driving again. Then I slowly noticed the hood was a different color in some lights than the rest of the car, my father (who purchased the vehicle for himself but sold t... view moreo me) called them and explained they had sworn up and down we didn`t need a carfax because the car had a clean title. Not to mention, when we were interested in buying said car, they lied about the car having a moonroof and heated seats so when we traveled all the way from Chicago to Michigan, we were met with a car that had obviously been lied about in more ways than one. Not to mention the cosmetic problems the car had when we purchased it. These people are obvious liars and crooks, if you buy from them, I feel sorry for you.

Stay AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

Purchased a 2004 truck. Was told the truck was inspected and Ok. Took truck on a trip -350 miles out engine light turned on and cooling line to transmission started leaking. Paid GM Dealer(s) to fix truck. Tried to get Wyrick to stand behind the repairs they refused. Do not purchase from this dealer!!!

Brakes!

I bought a 2002 Ford Sport Trac Explorer, I took it back within 2 weeks because the breaks were squeaking, I was told they adjusted the breaks and that they were fine, I believed them even though the breaks still squeaked I confided in Them........ I was almost seriously killed somebody that was on a bike due to failed breaks I feel Horrible I can`t even describe how I feel.They save a few bucks for not fixing my ... view morebreaks and I almost took a life, I had my own front and back breaks put on, No matter how much I apologized to the person on the bike, he thinks the worst of me. I can not recomend a dealer who wouldn`t care enough t fix my breaks.
