DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FACILITY FOR ANY BODY WORK. I took my 2014 Honda CRV into their facility for a small collision that required paint of the rear quarter panel.
Champion proceed to paint the part with the incorrect color (wrong hue). Plus, they when they put part back on the car it is very loose. As promised by my insurance company they would wash my vehicle before returning it to me. ... view more Champion did not even do this simple task.
The kicker is that I received an automated "follow-up" call from Champion regarding my satisfaction and I was assured I would get a call from management. Wrong!
I have had to the issue over to my insurance company to resolve. It is beyond me why they would have such a shoddy shop on their " Approved repair facility."

I should have first realized Champion wasn?ˆ™t geared towards customer service when I began the search for a new Jeep wrangler. Because of awful sales service I bought my car from another dealership, but because I live in East Lansing, Champion is the only Chrysler dealership within 25-30 miles. I recently took my 2010 wrangler (72K miles) because the check engine light was blinking. I should note, I have 100k power... view moretrain warranty and the Max Care Lifetime warranty. I am currently up to-date on all maintenance, and have not had any major issues with the car. With that being said, I was told that i was behind on maintenance, such as a fuel injection service and until that was complete, they could not complete the warranty work on my vehicle. The fuel injection service is $120. Brian? Scribner, the service consultant, said that also includes the diagnostic necessary for them to highlight the problem (which I already told him the codes that came up once my car was hooked up to the diagnostic machine at auto zone, whom I understand is not the most accurate, but they were correct). Long story short. I was told I need a tune-up which is $300, but includes the fuel injection service, in order for the warranty work to be completed. The spark plugs ended up costing more than expected so my bill was now up to $500. I should also mention the car was inoperable so I was not able to take it 5 miles down the road and get all the service completed for...$150!!. After Champion did the $500 tune-up they said the car is still not repaired and the entire engine needs to be opened up. The Chrysler Owner`s Manual for my car states that a tune-up is necessary at 102K miles and because I have a lifetime warranty, it is necessary that I follow the request of Jeep and Chrysler engineers who developed and created my project. Brain said my car feel under a schedule B maintenance because I live in Michigan (where Chrysler is located) my car automatically falls into the category for severe vehicles (those used for taxi, commercial, plowing, towing, etc) all of which I do not do. This schedule they use is for their own personal financial gain, and I fell pray to their scare tactics. It has been 3 weeks since then and the car is still at Champion, the service manager, Jeff? Freese has not returned any of my voicemail messages and neglected to follow through on getting me a rental car and instead let the office early for a 4 day vacation without passing the information regarding my rental car on to his co-workers, leaving me stranded, without a car. I have been lied to several times by Champion service department and would honestly avoid getting a chrysler product in the lansing area because Champion is the only Chrysler dealership in the area.
In addition to the fiasco outlined above, the day I left my car at Champion, a employee drove me home, Tina? Sturgis where she proceeded to discuss Arab Americans as "those people?ˆ? who ?ˆ?live like Mexicans?ˆ? in reference to her daughter?ˆ™s boyfriend?ˆ™s family. Additionally, her story climaxed by her telling me ?ˆ?I carry my gun every where with me?ˆ? in reference to getting into a disagreement with said Arab family. This environment was highly uncomfortable and extremely disrespectful. With all this being said. I would strongly recommend going to another dealership or finding a authorized mechanic that can preform the necessary maintenance on your vehicle. I love the Jeep, I just will have to find another service department. Just beware and keep a copy of Owner`s Manual nearby, however, Chrysler does not provide a hard copy of the manual only a electronic copy, unless you want to buy a copy online. Again be careful and if you have any questions call Chrysler Customer Service at 1-800-763-8422 for clarification of warranty work and service schedules. I would recommend staying away from here..

Every time I bring my car to this dealership I have one problem or another. Things seem ok when I drop my car off but when they call to explain my service/repairs the problems start. Twice I have had problems with Brian in the service department. He starts out nice but by the time my car is finished and I am pulling out of the lot I feel horrible and mistreated. Champion Chrysler needs to keep the treatment of th... view moreeir customers in mind when talking on the phone and in person. I will not be taking my car back to Champion Chrysler again and I would strongly suggest you don`t either.

BUYERS BEWARE!!
Pushy sales tactics. Very quick to take your $17000 dollars and make you every promise you want to hear but will not follow through with their end of the bargain. Had our car that we purchased from them for 8 out of the 21 days we owned it (four of which were to fix a three inch tear in the carpet) and NOT 1 THING was done that was on the "We Owe" list filled out when we purchased the car. The management is extremely... view more rude, unprofessional and immature. There is (even by their sales managers own account) poor communication between departments. Even after the promise of a lawsuit, they refused to refund us and take the car back. We were so dissatisfied, we left there and drove directly to another dealership in town and traded the car in at a $3672 loss just to not have anything to remind us of these clowns. By the way, the dealership we ended up at told us that Champion has been sending quite a few customers their way lately. Buyer beware, stay away from this one. If you need a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep, you have much better choices than Champion in Lansing.
