I could write forever, let`s just say father and son have issues. Check BBB (Better Business Bureau), that tells it all. Use at your own risk.

If there was a way to place a negative rating here, I certainly would be putting it on this one. One job, I was charged for parts that didn?ˆ™t happen (didn?ˆ™t find this out until after I had them attempt more work)! The next job, I spent the better part of a week standing in the parking lot repairing an electrical issue my own vehicle. Meanwhile the fuel tank was emptied and the fuel pump replaced (Rob assured me that ... view moreit was done right because he had trouble shoot the pump and did the repair himself), I took the alleged bad fuel pump home with me seeing that it wasn?ˆ™t bad at all, rob never checked the impact switch in the rear of the vehicle but I was still charged any ways.
Once paying the bill and taking the vehicle home, I filled the tank only to receive a bath in gasoline and causing the filling station to temporarily close in order to clean up the spill. I immediately took the vehicle home and called Rob?ˆ™s repair, Rob answered the phone (explaining that he was only there to drop off a car) and if I could get there right away then he could take a look at it. When I arrived, Rob was there with his wife and a couple of other fellows that I didn?ˆ™t know, Rob came at me aggressively calling me names, cursing at me and accusing me of things I did not do or say (mind you that I had already paid the bill for a fuel pump that I didn?ˆ™t need and I actually repaired my own electrical issues). Then he told me that the lock ring was bad on the top of the fuel tank, he couldn?ˆ™t find one so he put the bad one back on and he was not going to touch the vehicle again.
Not wanting to start an altercation in front of his children regardless of how fowl he was behaving I took the vehicle home. The net day I found the proper lock ring on the first call that I made (the Ford dealership) and my brother and I dropped the tank. We discovered that Rob not only put the rusted and half rotten lock ring back on the top of the tank, he had also installed the fuel pump incorrectly (the pickup foot was mounted vertically which would have caused the vehicle to run out of gas at quarter of a tank) and Rob had also failed to install the lock ring seal gasket (which no matter just how good the condition of the lock ring was, would not have sealed). To make matters worse, there was a hole in the exhaust about a foot in front of the gas tank (before the catalytic converter which means no spark arrestor either) turning my wife?ˆ™s vehicle into a fire bomb with an unpredictable fuse waiting to go off. I completed this repair as well; needless to say, I wouldn?ˆ™t trust Rob with a bung hole cleaner and will NEVER refer his work again!
