Don`t waste your time. Not only did they not have the vehicles advertised on the website, the lot is so full that you can`t walk through and look at what they do have. Also, we were ignored when we tried to get a sales associate`s attention. The person literally walked right by us to help someone that had just walked in the door.
After reading the reviews on this website, I am certainly glad we didn`t waste any... view more more time than we already had.

DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this...
DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this place. I purchased a 2011 chevy cruze from them in December of 2011. Two weeks after I found out that this car had been wrecked and had over 11,000 dollars of damage to it and two comphrensive claims totaling over 7,000 dollars for a total of 18,000 dollars in all. When I brought this to the attention of Dave, he told me he did not know it had been wrecked and that the car checked ou... view moret on Auto Check and came back clean with no accients. That was a complete lie. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and The Attorney Generals Office for the state of Indiana. I would encourage any and all who have been ripped off, decieved of defrauded by this place to contact the Attorney General and file a complaint. You still have rights and remedies. Don`t let these guys get away with deceptive selling practices

I wanted to express my extreme...
I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the 2006 Pontiac G6 I purchased from this dealership 3 weeks ago. From the day I drove away, I have had nothing but problems:
1. From the time I drove away, the car shook. I called and Dave told me to take it into a `Belle Tire` type place to have the tires balanced. It ended up being 1 nail in 2 tires. One was fixable, one tire was not. Also at this visit, I w... view moreas informed the CV shaft and boot was bad. I was told by Dave to wait till the warrant went into effect before servicing. Amount this visit cost me: $107.07
2. Temperature sensor went bad 3 days after I bought the car and the dealership agreed to pay for the replacement, however, at a 3 hour drive at my expense.
3. Replacement of CV shaft, CV axle boot and steering shaft: $484.31 (warranty covered $360.20- I paid $124.11!)
4. Replacement of belt tensioner, serpentine belt and new battery (only AFTER my car died). This trip cost me: $475.92- WARRANTY COVERED ZERO!!!
5. New windshield wipers after the right one broke in 2 pieces: $42.38
6. Replaced the hub caps 3 times after they kept falling off: $127.17
7. The coolant is leaking from underneath the car. I haven`t had a chance to take it into the shop to see how much this repair is going to cost me.
I haven?ˆ™t even made the first payment yet! I see that Indiana?ˆ™s Lemon Law does not cover used vehicles, however Indiana does have the Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP) laws and I?ˆ™m pretty sure they sold me a lemon that would fall under this law.
I`ve sent letters, emails and made phone calls with no response regarding my issues. I will never recommend this dealership or do business here again.
What concerns me the most is how these items were missed as part of their `rigorous` 50 point inspection, per their website?

Quality Business
I am a very satisfied customer of Walters Auto Sales and Rental. I have in the past on three occassions took advantage of this company`s rental services and have always been provided quality services. But what I want to talk about is my experience for buying my vehicle through Walters Auto Sales. I was wanting a certain type of used car and I researched online and couldn`t find the right color or year make. I had... view more emailed a few of the dealerships asking if they could help in my search and an associate from Walters responded to my request immediately. From there we kept a communication and he kept his eye out for the exact car I was wanting. A few months later he was able to find the car I wanted and gave me a call. I went in to the dealership to see the vehicle and it was just what I wanted. This was the first time I ever had been on the lot as I didn`t want to go in until I actually had what I wanted to look at. I found my experience to be the easiest out of all of my car buying experiences. I have owned three cars and this was the smoothest experience over all! The staff at Walter`s was more than courteous. I recommend this company with everything I have.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
When I was ready to pick-up my vehicle they told me that my BMV paperwork was not ready. He told me they had made errors to the original paperwork, and it was being corrected, but would take a few days to process. Now, on this day I was on my way to temporarily moving to Michigan for the summer to stay with my family in Flint. I was doing so because I had obtained a position working with Child Life Staff at a loca... view morel hospital. Since the vehicle was purchased in Indiana, this meant that I would have to drive from Flint to Indiana in a few days to go to a BMV to get my plates and registration. The nearest Indiana BMV from Flint is more than 2 hours away, meaning a round-trip drive would cost me nearly a full tank of gas.
I figured I would resolve the issue of the BMV at a later date, as my temporary plate was still good for 14 more days. I left the car dealership at approximately 10:00am. I drove from Elkhart, IN to Flushing, MI, which is almost 200 miles (approx. 3.5 hours). It was in Flushing, MI on M-13 at approximately 1:30pm that my car ceased to function, and powered down. When I first left the lot that day, the car appeared to be in excellent condition--and to my knowledge, I was assured that it was. The engine was extremely quiet, handling was great, and everything seemed to function properly. I would not have purchased the car if I had any doubt in my mind that it was defective or unreliable.
.I immediately called for help from nearby family, and I also attempted to call the dealership. They said they would offer me roadside assistance, but my dad had already arranged for a tow. The mechanics at the shop assessed my car and confirmed that the timing belt and timing gear had broken during my drive, which caused the motor to seize.
When I spoke with the dealership, they assured me that they would do everything in their power to cover all costs, to ensure that the vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, and that it would be nearly effortless for me. I was told that they would contact me concerning details of when work would begin on my vehicle.
I have now been without a vehicle for 30 days. It took 8 days for them to get it back in their possession. They ordered the wrong engine, which delayed the process by another 2 weeks. Then they ordered the wrong transmission. The problems are never ending.
-I have been without a working vehicle for 30 days and counting
-They have failed to keep promises of continued contact
-When I try to make contact with them, they treat me rudely; I have asked to talk to a supervisor several times and have been denied
-I feel I have been thoroughly ripped off, as I have invested nearly $2,500 into this vehicle, which has not been working since the day I drove it off the lot
-I feel that it is more than coincidental that each time I call there is something else wrong; why had they not made an effort to contact me when there had been numerous setbacks?
-They refuse to offer me a loaner car
-They still expect me to pay a deductible
-They are taking zero responsibility
-They have made several mistakes in paperwork and orders of parts
-I have been unable to find summer employment as I do not have reliable transportation; I actually was forced to turn down a $400/week babysitting job because of my vehicle issues
-I believe I deserve some form of compensation

Shady Business Dealing
Called on a 15 Passenger van that was listed on their website that on had 24,000 miles.
Their website claimed the previous owner had regularly taken it to the dealer every 3,000 miles for service. Also, the website claimed that Walters had performed a 43 point inspection. I called and talked to Sam, the sales person, to verify these claims and he even told me that he knew the previous owner and knew it had been w... view moreell taken care of. I wanted reassurance from Sam that this was accurately advertised because I was going to drive from 3.5 hours away. He assured me that they are used to long distance customers due to their internet sales that is why they make sure the vehicle is in good shape with their 43 point inspection and he himself has driven this van.
The next day I make the long drive to see this van. I took it for a drive and the cruise control did not work. Then I crawled under the van to look at the brakes and they are almost gone. Then I checked the engine oil and THE OIL LEVEL DID NOT SHOW ON THE DIPSTICK! Since the oil level was so low that it could not be measured, I did not believe the van was serviced like Sam claimed it had been. As an ASE Master Technician, I have only seen this occur on low mileage vehicles when the owner has not changed the oil in over 10,000 miles.
I was shocked that Walters Auto did not perform an inspection like they said and they did not even bother to check the oil!!! I was deceived by their false claims which cost me an entire day of my time, unnecessary wear on my car, and $50 in gas.
When I showed them this THERE WAS NOT ANY CONCERN FOR THEIR FALSE CLAIMS AND MY WASTED TIME. This is my first and last experience with Walters Auto.
