Wow, what a great place to deal with. My wife and I have been going there since they opened and we appreciate Zeb and Nichole`s hard work and honesty. We have an old Subaru (understatement) that they have been able to keep on the road for years. Recently they sat us down and said it`s time. Sure, they could continue to fix it, but they said we would be better off getting another car. It`s rare you find people willing... view more to give away business in order to help out their customers. We ended up getting a new 2012 Subaru (blue Outback!) from one of a few dealerships from around the state they felt comfortable recommending. Thank you for your help and advice Zeb and Nichole. Buying another Subaru was a no-brainer because when it finally does need help, or a just a tune up, we know we already have a great mechanic we can trust. Thanks again.

These are the people to take your Subaru to. They know how to fix these cars better than anyone around!

I bought a 2003 Subaru Legacy from these guys. I was assured up and down that the car was perfect and all maintenance was up to date. He also told me that the headgaskets must have been replaced as they were not leaking.
Bought the car. Sunroof leaked, rear calipers failed within four months, head gasket leaked after a month. Now I have an oil leak, a power steering leak, and I need to have an axle replaced be... view morecause the CV joint is bad all within six months.
I know that I bought the car as-is so won`t go so far as to call these guys crooks, but they refused to do anything for me. Not even cost on the parts and a reduced labor rate.
Save yourself the trouble...deal with someone else.
In response to Nichole from Subie Guys. I purchased this vehicle from your father, Jerry, from Subie Guys LLC. I have the signed contract on Subie Guys LLC letterhead. This was not a private sale, it was a sale made from Subie Guys acting as a dealer (which is why he took care of the title, and issued me temporary plates.) The fact that you claim that I didn`t purchase this vehicle from you is maddening. Although I suppose if your business would have been honest from the beginning, I wouldn`t be in this mess, so honesty is not necessarily something I should be expecting now.
