Very Honest

My family and I have been taking cars there for ten years! They are always busy that`s shows that they have great service! Honest and fair! I know at least ten people that go there! Try them out, you won`t be disappointed!

Way over priced

Took my car in for estimate on exhaust leak repair. Second estimate from nearby shop was $180 cheaper.

I made an appointment for an o...

I made an appointment for an oil change and the mehanic said they would have my car in and out in 25-30 min. I ended up waiting an hour until they got my car in and another hour for them to ACTUALLY change my oil. I have been here before but they obviously are not true to their word. This is ridiculous and in terms of customer satisfaction and speed of service very poor.

Shady rip off

I dropped off my car at lunch to have my back-left blinker looked at. They picked me up after work when it was finished and I paid $60 for a wiring harness and bulb. I took my car home and when I checked the light bulb and harness myself there was still dirt on the wiring harness as proof that it was the original. They charged me and extra 53 dollars for the wiring harness on what should have just been the bulb that... view more needed to be replaced. I went in the next day to ask them to show me what they did and they without even looking at my car reimburst me $53 for the wiring harness and quietly apologized. Its as if they new that it wasn`t replaced and they didn`t even need to check.

A very good Company!

After a bad experience at another shop, my car ended up needing over $1,200 in repairs. The gentleman was very considerate, helpful and went above and beyond to give me the highest quality service. They threw in an oil change, and a flush and fill, and also didn`t charge me for the thermostat my car now needed. I`m going out of my way to get future work done at Muffler & Go of Fenton!

great work and service
