Good Service

I love Blackwell Ford. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and helped me with setting up an ESP plan. The service department bends over backward to make sure I`m satisfied every time I come in. They called to ask if the repair was done to my satisfaction and remember my name when I return.

Ford is now gone forever!!!

These guys are a scam. I brought in my car for repairs and some how its not fixed correctly. I need to take it somewhere else. Funny thing is i never got one of the cards in the mail asking how was the service, because they knew it was not done correctly, thats why. I would have told them i will never be back and that i will tell everyone i know for the rest of my life that i was scamed by Blackwell Ford and to n... view moreever buy a car there or have any service done there, and i have been. I am very disappointed at ford and everyone working there. I am thinking of selling my 2 ford cars and buying a new Honda. Thats how mad i am at Ford, i have had a Ford my whole life and now i think its time too move on. P.S. Your service department made this choice for me.
