Great people. This is a hard ...

Great people. This is a hard working group of people, that offer great value for used parts. The gals at the front desk get a lot of phone calls, and a lot of people walking up to the counter asking a million questions on parts and I think they handle it very well. Peggy at the front counter was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. I had a hard to locate part that nobody else in Michigan could f... view moreind (including the dealer). This place had it sitting on the shelf ready for pick up. The price was very reasonable, and to make things even better the body part color matched the color of my car, so I did not have even have to have a body shop paint it. This place saved me a boat load of money. Love this place, and plan on shopping there in the future for any used parts I might need.

The woman behind the counter`s...

The woman behind the counter`s name is Peggy. She IS quite rude and nasty, no matter what day it is. They DO GIVE REFUNDS. I just recently returned 2 speedometers; the first time I was told to call ahead of time to make sure they have money available (a whopping $40). I asked if I needed the original receipt or a copy; the woman said "the original, that`s what I ALREADY told you (impossible, since I had just ask... view moreed the question). The next day, I called to make sure they had the money to refund the parts, and she said "YOU SAID you were coming yesterday and you NEVER SHOWED". To which my reply was "I never said I was coming yesterday, you said I couldn`t return the parts without an original receipt." "I never told you that!!!"...geez. My boss always has me returning parts to this place; he says they are his "last resort", and out of two dozen parts I believe we have kept and used about 5. I wouldn`t recommend this place to anyone EVER.

bad parts

I bought from this vendor twice, and twice I was sold bad parts. the 1st time was a year and half ago I bought an alternator, and it went bad a week later. I thought that was bad luck then. Last saturday 1/23/10, I bought another part. a radiator overflow. when I got home we took the old hoses off, and lo and behold! cracks they were hiding underneath. and this part was advertised as a &quot;good&quot; par... view moret. they were closed by the time we got home so I sent my daughter on monday 1/25 to return it for a refund. She was insulted, and yelled at and they said we destroyed the part! geez, talk about customer service! ya, real nice, blame it on the customer, real smart, and nice way to do business. I didnt mention the woman behind the counter was rude to my daughter when we picked up the part originally. soory if she had to work on a saturday. One time is a coincidence, twice is deliberate. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them! no refunds, talk about stealing! Nothing was mentioned to us when I bought the part about NO REFUNDS! there was nothing written on the reciept either, all it says is refunds or exchanges require reciept. oh, they took the part back, its probably back up on their website as another &quot;good&quot; part. but never gave me my money back, good luck to ya if you decide to use them! proceed with caution!
