EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have done business with Auto and Truck for the last 9 years. I can tell you I have always been Very Happy with their work. Their customer service goes above any place I have ever been to. I will always bring my vehicles to them. The owner is a woman and hooray for women owning a place like this. She goes out of her way for me all the time. Very cheerful and warm.

Very poor service!!

The owner of this company has very poor customer service skills... When anything is wrong with the product you`ve purchased she blames it on your vehicle or you.. She talks to people like they are idiots and is very insulting... I`ve purchased 3 auto starters all at the same time for 3 different types of vehicles back in dec of 09. Here its feb of 11 and im still having issues with them and her.. Examples.... Burne... view mored out the trans on the truck. Wont start the car from any distance. "suppose to have 2000ft range". Doors wont unlock while car is in auto start mode... 3 different cars many, many many more issues... I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there.. Buyers beware!!!
