Watch out, they do work that t...
Watch out, they do work that they are not certified to do. Their mechanic is only certified in brakes, yet they will illegally install suspension and steering components. They ask for premium prices, yet they use cheap parts. And depending on who is running the shop that particular month, they will try to sell you something you don`t even need. WATCH OUT- BETTER YET - RUN.

Terrible Service and Parts Rust
Took my car in May 2011 for a brake job Pads and Rotors $500+. I went here because they sponsored one of kids local sports teams what a BIG mistake.
Within six months my rotors had warped to the point where it felt as though my wheel was going to shake off the car. I took the car back in they Himmed and hawed and finaly replaced my rotors. Now before I keep going let me say the Materials they use are sub-par n... view moreot only because they warped but because they Rust and Rust and Rust like nothing Ive seen covering my Rims in an orange dust daily. When I compained they told me all aftermarket rotors rust.
Three months after that I felt a grinding sound coming from my wheels I took it back into Beacon and this time they told me I would need new calipers front and back another $300+ so by this point In in $800+ for brakes. They replaced my calipers I latter found out did not replace my pads though. You can guess what the calipers did Yep that`s right Rusted and Rusted and Rusted creating even more rust dust for my Rims.
Three months after that took my car back in bacuse there was a squeeking noise they told me my pads had worn to the warning level. Are you kidding me $800+ in and only 11 months and my Pads were worn out. They told me I was past my 1 year warrantly. Let me say I drive almost all highway miles.
Needless to say I did not have them replace my pads. Dont walk but RUN away from this place they have inconsistant managment never the same person in the shop so always dealing with someone new and their materials are sub-par for the price they charge. Just Horrible!

THEY CAN FIX ANYTHING!
Before visiting Beacon Brake Service, I always dreaded having repairs done! As a woman who knows very little about cars, getting taken advantage of was a very real concern for me.
I visited several other shops who had no idea what was wrong with my car and quoted huge estimates that I could never have afforded. Then, I visited Beacon Brake. There, they immediately identified my problem and fixed it for ... view morecheaper than the other places. Now, my car is problem free!
I would definitely recommend Beacon Brake Service!

Great Job
the work that was done was finished as promised
and the price was as quoted when complete.
We had a good feeling about shopping here as
cars today are quite different then when us older
generation grew up with and always expect the
worst when repairs are needed.....good job guy`s...

Great Service
I brought my car in for an estimate and was extremely impressed with the service that I received. They checked out my car and gave me an estimate and also some recommendations of repairs that I might want to have done in the near future. I had my repair done and will be going back in the next few weeks for the other repairs needed. Great shop, great guys!!

Very Impressed
Best place in town ! We own 5 cars and I wouldn`t go anywhere else ! They were honest and even told me I needed less repair than I was told elsewhere. Price was great and job was done on time. They were even repairing two cars for other local repair facilities while I was there! They know their stuff!!!

Unauthorized work
I recently got a quote for doing the rear brakes over the phone for $169. They called my wife back to tell her that the cost was going to be about $800 because all the brakes needed repair. I called them back immediately to cancel the work but they had already started on the front brakes of course. I told them not to do anything else and that I was coming to pick the vehicle up. It cost me over $360 for brakes that ... view moreI had already replaced just weeks before. We clearly asked for the rear brakes to be replaced and did not authorize any other work to be done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
