I leased my new Chrysler 300 from McInerney`s and they were great. It was very easy to deal with them. My sales person was Peter and he was able to lower my payment and get me into a car that I love! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

First off, the sales person we dealt with for our lease was very pushy and put us in what they wanted us in. Then, at the end of our lease, we called on Friday to see how we turn it in and if they would be open Saturday to do this. Another sales person told us we could go on Saturday at 10am. We went to find out no one was there to help and they also stated we were never told to come in on a Saturday. This was not a good experience and we are very glad to be done with them and will NEVER go back!!!!

I have been going to the McIne...

I have been going to the McInerney Chrysler Dealership now for 6 years. The dealership`s quality which stands out the most to me is their customer service. I do not live close to the dealership, therefore, it is difficult for me to get there before they close. They have always brought my purchase to me. I have never had to take my car to the dealership for service, they do it for me! They are great people, and are willing to go the extra mile for people. You just don`t find that customer service anymore. I would suggest stopping by this dealership for your next car purchase. They are helpful, knowledgable, and will do what they can to get you what you want for the price-range you are comfortable with.

Will Never deal with this dealorship AGAIN

Have Experienced horrible run around from the service department. Should never have purchased a vehicle from the Woodhaven location.. Had my vehicle in 3 time`s over a starter issue.. paid for towing servics, paid for part`s, labor all that only to be told they can`t pin point what the issue is and NEVER had the issue taken care of.. Terrible repair

I was charged for diagnostics twice on the same issue because they said they would not warranty their work for longer than 30 days and didnt fix it correctly the first time. Then without my authorizing it put parts on the car and billed me for it. I had actually called the dealer and told them specifically not to do anything to my car. Horrible experience. I am out $100 twice for the same issue and its still not fixe... view mored.
