Buyer Beware!!!! IF THERE WAS A "NO STAR" CHOICE IT WOULD BE CHOSEN!!!

Unfortunately, I bought a truck from Betten Baker in Coopersville. Since then, it has been nothing but problems. First thing was the tires that looked new, within a week there was a leak. I thought that maybe I had punctured it, so I brought it in to a tire repair and they looked it over and found a hole that had a "plug" the size of a nickel. The gentleman doing the work stated that this tire would h... view moreave to be filled at least every 4-6 days. He also stated that the plug was at least several months old. When I asked the dealership if they would cover it, they stated that they never had a problem and would not. Second issue was 29 days after I bought the vehicle. I was pulling a quad on a trailer and noticed some slipping in the transmission. I called at about 4:30 on a Friday to see speak with someone. I was told that the person that I needed to speak with was gone and they would call me back on Monday. When I didn`t get a call back on Monday, I called on Tuesday. I told them the issue, they told me that they would not cover it because it was 3 days past the warranty date. I indicated that I had called about the problem the previous Friday (day 29), they said that they didn`t have a record of it, so it was not valid. Recently, the 4WD went out. The vehicle has had more issues than I have time to list! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY OR PRODUCT!!!

They will not cover there respomsibilties

I bought a vehicle from these guys and 2 weeks later the seating module broke down and my seat would not work. I called the dealership and was told to brind it in so they could look at it. They determined the same thing I did and said that they wound not cover it, dont know how most people do business but to me that is not the right way. I WILL NEBER BUY A CAR FROM BETTON BAKER AGAIN.
