After our vehicle was totaled, we were suddenly in the market for a new one asap. Dean and Audra worked swifty and efficiently to get the deal done! They understood our needs and were very accommodating. What was a bad experience ended up being wonderful. Will definitely be going there in the future!

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

I bought a 2003 impala from them a month ago. Everything seemed fine at first, they were friendly. They assured me that they checked the car over and it was in great condition. Right after I got it home I noticed that the heater wasn?ˆ™t working and within the first 50-100 miles I put on it the check engine light went on. When I got the code read, it turned out to be the thermostat which I hear is a fairly easy job. W... view morehen I test drove the car and when I drove it home I used the defrosters which work fine so I guess that?ˆ™s how I missed the problem, that and I trusted them to be honest (which was my first mistake) When I talked to Pinckney Chrysler Dodge (after they had my money) they were no longer the friendly helpful people they were before. They told me they would fix the car, they just wouldn?ˆ™t pay for it and that was the danger of getting a used car. Now after driving it a month I go out and it won?ˆ™t start, looking like a bad starter. I will NEVER buy a car from them again! I don?ˆ™t advise you to either but if you do take a chance, do not trust their used cars, have a mechanic look over it before you buy it!!!

Watch for them Scamming...

We went here for a chance to deal locally. Not only did it take them 4 times (and $400+) to fix the problem, I believe we got scammed. What is the chance that all four tire pressure sensors were bad at the same time? I don`t think so. After we picked the car up, it was so out of balance I thought we were going to lose a tire. Of course, they denied they did it and wanted yet more money to fix the balancing proble... view morem. I said enough and cut my losses. I went to the local tire shop and they balanced for free (I think they felt sorry for us)! When they went to fix it, the dealership kept my tire lock. NEVER DEAL HERE! When we picked up the car, there were alot of other people complaining about either them not fixing their issues. WHAT A SCAM!
