bad experience, poor workmanship

When my car was in an accident I took it to scotty`s body shop. It needed a new radiator among several other things.Today my car overheated and upon further inspection by a licensed mechanic it was discovered that the wiring harness connector that connects to the radiator fan was extremely oxidized to the point that it failed. The fluid that is suppose to be applied to prevent corrosion was not applied when the new ... view moreradiator was installed at scotty`s. This whole situation could have been avoided if the employee who fixed my car would have just taken a few seconds and installed my radiator correctly. It was also found that one of my tie rod ends was in bad shape and should have been replaced when the car was wrecked. While the car looked good on the outside several mechanical issues were overlooked, for this reason I will never take a car to Scotty`s again and I suggest anyone who is considering Scotty`s to look into taking their vehicle to another shop. Very dissatisfied customer........

the damaged area looks new

after the crash the hood looked vary bad but after scotty`s body shop fixed it was dent free and it look cleaner than the rest of the car.
