LUGS NOT TIGHTENED AND I`M BLAMED!
At first the manager seemed helpful in fixing the problem. But when i asked for some type of compensation the service man tried saying my cvc boot was new!. Funny how he said that right after he complained that my calipers were rusted on!. I mean come on, really!. With this being all he does he SHOULD know that CALIPERS..HAVE to be taken off to replace the CVC BOOT which HE ACCUSED ME OF HAVING RECENTLY REPLACED!. W... view moreHICH if you remember HIS earlier statement about the CALIPERS that this is physically IMPOSSIBLE seeing as the calipers have tobe removed in order for the CVC BOOT to be replaced....but i recall him having a mighty tough time getting the caliper off and if i had the cvc boots recently done especially in the last week in a half, cause that`s when i was here last , that he wouldn`t have had to deal with rusted calipers! YOU SEE WHAT I`M GETTING AT?. O. I BET YOU DO!. Now the real problem i have isn`t the fact that they wouldn`t compensate me for my emotional distress but for my girlfriend, the problems she has due to this happening, loss of wages, time spent with her daughter who thankfully wasn`t in the car when the tire fell off due to sometimes incompetence, when asked who serviced her car specially, i was told and i quote "we all basically do the work". If they all do the work than why have work orders with the salesman number? If no one is going to account for their mistake and apologize than i guess i will hold the owners son bill Leslie accountable, correct?. When i contacted Mr.Leslie he said sorry about that issue we will fix what we broke and not compensate you for the inconvenience because of a non legal warning at the bottom of the invoice that says. Warning: FOR YOUR SAFETY, YOU SHOULD TIGHTEN ALL LUG NUTAFTER DRIVING ONE HOUR! !. Now in addition to contacting Mr.Leslie he kept saying you should have brought your car in for lug nut tightening after 100 miles like it says on the invoice, now i assure you it doesn`t say anything about bringing the car in after 100 miles for routine tightening anywhere on the invoice! Shame on you Mr.Leslie!
