Relief!
I`ve been treated like a ?ˆ?ignorant woman?ˆ? so many times when just trying to get an honest answer. Dennis treated me with respect throughout my process of asking questions, checking around to see if they were taking advantage of me and when I needed to bring it back for the work I couldn`t afford the first time. He said something like `My job is to give you the information to make the best decision for your current si... view moretuation`. That got my attention. They asked me questions that made it more clear that my Rav4 (Becka) was in good hands. I bought a Toyota hoping I could keep it as long as possible. Cars for Keeps motto fits my life.

Automotive Advantage A+A+
I first found out about Automotive Advantage while I was searching for WiFi hotspots on citysearch.
I didn?t know anything about them, but I remembered that they had fixed up the old dealership by my vet?s office.
When I got a postcard from the oil change place that I used to go to, I decided to try Automotive Advantage. What a pleasant surprise! They treated me like I was their best customer and actu... view moreally ASKED me if I had time for their courtesy inspection. When they found one of my tires low, they asked me if I wanted to see the nail that was in the tire, and then offered to fix it while I waited.
I don?t have as much patience as I used to. I get more & more frustrated with service people that don?t seem to care. Dennis and everyone I met at Automotive Advantage (sorry I don?t recall all your names) were a shining example of great service.
I hope I don?t need much from Automotive Advantage. But if I do, they have earned my trust. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs car repairs.
