"Can do response" when asked to repair brakes on truck. Positive! Bled brakes. Positive! No change to brakes, but they were bled. Ouch! Requested money back...responded as if I were ridiculous. Ouch! Business location along Telegraph Road. Ouch! We need to keep service in our community quality oriented.
