We made a deal on a vehicle and was told had one owner, no accidents, clear auto check (same as carfax they said) but would not show it to us as said computer problem. We were to pick up in two days as had some minor issues to fix. Had us leave our trade as was low mileage and didn`t want more miles on it (below 60,000 miles on our trade). But we told them no deal unless things fixed and we had copy of auto check ... view morein hand on our return, said would not cash our check until we were satisfied (3 employees assured us auto check good). Went back and had to insist and argue to get auto check and 2 owners, front end collision with police report so we refused to take delivery. They had cashed our check (cash sale on a 2011 Lincoln) anyway and told us would get us another just like it with good auto check (in writing) but refused to give us our trade back and our money. Couple weeks go by and 3 trips of 2 1/2 hours each way and nothing. Finally said they sold our trade but found out next day was hidden from us and next day all of sudden not sold and could get it back for $2300 penalty deducted from our refund (gave them 24,000, deduct of $2300 so check back for $21,700) and told us if didn`t accept that they would overnight paperwork on vehicle to state and put in husbands name so we feel in our opinion blackmail and holding our vehicle for $2300 ransom. We did it but on way to get our vehicle faxed all to Attorney General`s Complaint in Michigan. Attorney General`s Office we filed complaint with contacted us next day and were concerned as said thought this type of complaint went out in the 70`s and 80`s. The State is investigating. Then we went to get another vehicle from another dealer and was going to use the $21,700 check as down payment but Suski had put a stop payment on the check without a good reason or notifing us. We are out $24,000 cash. Also the vehicle when went to do original paperwork had nearly 9,000 more miles on it then we were told. From the owner, the sale manager, General Manager, and Operational Manager on down we were lied to in our opinion from get go to end. Do not do business with these dealerships (Operations Manager located in Flint is one who stopped payment even though have signed document he signed cancelling the deal). Contact Attorney General`s Office Complaints on line, File a Ripped Off Report on line and file with http://www.consumercomplaintagency.org/ to stop such dealers from doing this to others. We feel totally ripped off and hope to help others not to get treated as we have with nightmares, loss of sleep, and the loss of $24,000.

dont buy any vehicle from this place . i bought a 2005 audi a4 from them on sat. i got home with a check engine light came on. Monday had to have the car towed with turbo was blown. I got no advice on a solution or return calls from my salesperson went un answered. So after having to pay 2760 for a new turbo i now have a car that runs great.i will never shop at this location every again i was never offered to bring ... view moremy vehicle into even get it looked at after they did "inspection" and said every thing was good to go when i bought the vehicle. they only care about you before you spend your money.

I received an ad in the mail for a mega tent sale that had a 2008 Chevrolet cobalt at the sale price of 5200.00 with a customer bonus voucher of 1864.00 that was valid towards the purchase of any used vehicle during this event.
