5 stars from me. Took great care of My van with out any hassles.

I wanted to get some minor repairs done on my van. Most of it was just maintainence things. The people here took the time to answer my many questions and fix the little things I wanted taken care of. I had some wires hanging down from the trailer lights and I had one brake light out. The fixed these quilckly without complaining. Which is what I have gotten from other places places. WOW what a GREAT EXPERIENCE for a GVSU student`s parent!!!!?ˆ?

THANK-YOU BRIAN!!!! Having a child in college is stressful, but having a Daughter 2 hours away from home with a car that is more than 18 years old really adds to this stress. Having a TRUSTWORTHY person like yourself and a great company for my daughter to take her car to when there is a problem, words can`t describe! Definitely a friendly and fair store

I went to this store two times and both times they fixed my car right. They treated me fair and were very friendly. My car would not run right and they found a bad tune up. Then they had a brake sale and saved me about $90 off . I will keep going to them. I will be back to get my A/C fixed soon. Thanks Lentz

GREAT SERVICE!

Great service and terrific people. The manager, Brian, was very helpful and explained everything to me in depth. The inspection was free and the prices were fair. I saved more than $300.00 verses the price given to me from another shop. Thanks LENTZ USA!

Terrible Service !!

Charged ungodly prices to fix things on vehicle that had nothing to do with reason the vehicle was brought in. After Lentz had the vehicle for 4 days they told me it was fixed in which the orignal problem apparently was never addressed because the car still has the orignal problem. I called them and let them know that the problem was not fixed and was told that I needed to drop the vehicle off again and they would lo... view moreok at it for an additional price. I recommended that something be done about the price because I was told it had been fixed and I was told that they could tell the regional manager but nothing would come from it. So nothing good to say about this business , just a waste of money and time!!
