We have your money now go away!!
I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion back in March the next day I noticed there were tape marks above the rear passengers door and on the rear taillight. the door was out of alignment and causing scratches on the door frame. I also found shattered glass in the trunk where the spare tire is kept and also found glass under both front seats and on the sides of the rear seat. The numbers on the windshield glass did not match the ... view morerest of the glass so I assume that the windshield has been replace and that is where all the shattered glass came from. All of this makes you wonder what happened to this vehicle that was covered up. When I complained to them about this they agreed to take care of all of it. They did vacuum the car out to remove the glass but I don`t think they did a real good job as I still find glass every time I vacuum. The Sales Manager had a real cocky attitude about this and couldn`t understand why I was so upset about it that they took care of it. I was upset for one because I have a 3 year old daughter whose toy fell under the seat and that is when I noticed all the glass under the seat. If she would have went down there to get it instead of me she could have been cut. And second I just paid over $20,000 for a vehicle. You would not expect all these problems with a 2010 vehicle. I asked my salesman if he would be will to throw in a remote start that I seen on the Ford website that lets you know the vehicle has started with out seeing the vehicle. Series 100 Bi-directional. He said he would have to ask his sales manager who did agree to put one in. When I picked up the car I noticed they had put in the wrong remote start which is about $100 cheaper than the one I asked for. The sales manager basically called me a liar that I never asked for a specific remote as long as it was a factory remote. When I called the salesman about this he said he didn`t recall me asking for the one I asked for. He said he would call me back and never did. My mistake is I should have gotten it in writing but didn`t think I needed to

Hungry for profit !!!
I was in the market for a truck and since I live very close to the dealership, I thought I would check their inventory.
The quality and selection on their lot was very good. However, I was looking for a crew-cab and there wasn`t one available. So I went home and went on Craigslist.
I have purchased from Craigslist before and have been satisfied with the experience. This day, I went online and found one tha... view moret I really liked for $12,500. I didn?t call on it yet though. The following evening me and my girlfriend drove back by the dealership. In the back of the building we saw a couple of new trucks. I went to take a closer look at them and sure enough, one of them was a crew-cab?and it was looking very familiar to me. I knew that I had seen this truck before and sure enough after we came home I went on craigslist and found what I suspected was the same truck.
The seller still had the posting up so I was very interested to see if his truck was still available. I called the owner and his first words were, ??Are you calling from the dealership??? I said no but I asked if the truck is still available. Soon I found that the truck was sold to a Ford Dealership for $12,500. The next day the dealership called me first thing in the morning telling me they had a truck come on the lot and that I should go and take loot at it. After a short test drive I found paper work in the glove box showing that the previous owner was from the same city as the one online, the miles were exactly the same, and everything on it was the same including the VIN. This was the same truck.
I wanted to hear what the salesman had to say. First I asked him how they acquired the truck and he told me it was a fresh trade-in for a car. When I asked the used car manager inside he told me that they went and picked it up. Right away there were two different stories, though one was honest. The average consumer, however, could easily be misled, as I am sure many are.
The best price they were able to offer me was $17,500. Although they didn?t SAY that?s what it would cost. They never really gave a price for any vehicle I inquired about. What they said was, ??We will take so much down, so much in financing, etc.?? Then we had to add up numbers to try to get a simple price.
We told them that we knew they just got the truck the night before for $12,500 and that we would pay a little more for it going through the Ford inspection and whatnot, but no deal. They wanted the $5,000 profit overnight.
That being said, they probably have good cars on the lot, but if you can save $5000 on a car, I can assure you that that money will be enough to fix.
Well that was my experience with this dealership and if they want to make $5000 over night I can just imagine what else they do.
I hope that would give you some power in the negotiation process if you decide to buy a car from there. Good luck and I hope you get a ??deal??

midland ford exellent
First off we were shopping on the internet for a F-150. Called Midland Ford and was helped right away, told them we found a cheaper one at Lasco Ford 70 miles closer. They assured us that the reason for the higher price was the quality of the vehicle. Salesman told us they had a very good used car buyer that only baught real clean vehicle for thier lot. We we sceptical about that statment so we went to Lasco anyways.... view more WOW how do they sell cars, it was dirty, and pretty scratched up, salesman at Lasco told us it has not been touched up yet. The test drive was not good either it road horrible and made all kinds of noise. We asked for a history report and they told us they didn`t do them anymore. OK we went to Midland Ford, what a difference, they were all very professinal, and the truck was like brand new, it was like a breath of fresh air. This is how all dealers should opperate. when we asked for a history report Scott said no problem, he also ran one on the truck at Lasco (which had frame damage) Midland fords truck had no issues. We baught the truck and were in and out of the Finance office. got home and noticed there was no owners manual so we called Scott. He apoligized and said he would handle it. 5 days later we recieved a brand new one in the mail. Thank you Midland Ford. I will be back as well as send everyone I know to you. They should put together a crew to go around and teach other dealers how to treat customers.

Just had to write
My car wouldn`t start this morning when it was raining and cold. They sent a nice man to pick me up for work and a tow truck to get my car and repair it. Called around 4:30, said car was done and covered under the warranty. Couldn`t be happier. I felt like this kind of service needs to be noticed and discussed so hopefully more businesses will treat customers this well.

Service - worst in the area
Have purchased 3 automobiles from Midland Ford and really had no issues with the service department until the last 3 years. Bought a $40,000 car and if I could I would drive it into the river. The Service Department continually does not write down complaints, tries to explain away serious concerns, and questionably does the work that is billed. Everyone else at this dealership is great - too bad that doesn`t carr... view morey over to service. Think twice about buying a car from here, especially since it`s an American car it will definitely need ongoing service.

Blatant Lies
A cars salesman at Midland Ford Lincoln Mercury made me a promise that he could get me my price on an SUV. After many phone calls he still swore they`d get my numbers, and make it worth my trip to their town. Once they got me into thier office the tricks and games started. Even after my multiple requests to not waste my time, and not have me drive out if they couldn`t meet these prices, they still got me there, an... view mored they couldn`t even come close to my price. Blatant Lies, Tricks and Games, and Wasted Time are the only things rolling off this lot. Do not waste your time.

repair shop is bad!!!!!
Don`t take your vehicle to their repair shop. How does $1200.00 to replace spark plugs sound to you? They don`t know what they are doing.
