took money for doing nothing
This is an auto shop that does not have the technology to diagnose car repairs correctly so they just guess.. which cost more money because you pay for their guess work and then you will another shop to fix your car. I hope you read this before you waste your time and money.

Save your time and money, take...
Save your time and money, take it somewhere else. I was having a problem starting my car, so i took it to Harmen`s. The fuse for the starter motor was blowing...obviously the problem had something to do with the starter. Apparently they won`t run a diagnostic, but are willing to charge you for doing absolutely nothing. I was charged almost $200 for them to tell me that they cant find out what is wrong unless they sta... view morert putting random parts in my car! Their solution was to give me a couple of fuses and telling me to bring my car back if it has the same problem. Within the next week I had gone through probably 10 fused (since they didn`t actually fix anything). After paying to have it towed back to Harmen`s several times, they gave me the same worthless quick fix for an answer. After a while, I felt like they were just jerking me around because I`m a 20 yr old female. After already putting at least $400 into letting those people pretend they were going to legitimately look into my car`s problem I was upset that I had clearly wasted my time and money. I finally took my car to Tuffy where they RAN A DIAGNOSTIC like any legitimate place would, and immediately found that it was indeed the starter (as I had mentioned before to Harmen`s). What should have been a fairly simple $500 fix turned into an exhausting $900 problem thanks to Harmen`s.
