unprofessional and rude

They are unprofrssional thieves. I would recommend going anyhwhere but the terrible world of Erhard. The used car managers are sleezy and fi the typical description of a used salesman. Do yourself a favor and go somewwhere else. There service is 10 times worse.

I did not purchase my BMW 325 ...

I did not purchase my BMW 325 XI there but have been driving there since I relocated to MI, from MA in Jan this year. But back to my review they were servicing my BMW there and after every service they print out a sheet of any part, parts that need replacing, My car got the green light on everything except I need a head gasket, which I had done say week, after that that was replaced I was loosing a quart of oil eve... view morery few weeks or so, they failed to acknowledge it was not put on probably until as my lawyer gave them a call. Decided to get a special they were running for a full detail for I believe it was $169.00. 3 days later my 19&amp;quot; custom rims, well the front right one turned from aluminum to a flat black. Then they gave be a loaner and fixed it. Bow a few days ago I was ready to order a brand new M3, so was told to but air pressure at 40 lbs 4 all four. Well just before I pulled it in and was ready ti add air, Measured and it was 42 pounds on left front 47 on right passenger front and 47 on both rears . And remember they had to remove all tires to refinish all rims to match. Well I know have ordered a PORTIE 911 Turbo since I have owned quite a few and seems like not only are there certified, unlike BMW also they will deal with you and paying cash they will give you a much better ;rice om like BMW`s . and I have owned quite a number of CLK`s, and BMW`s. Yet what it comes down to this dealership is worse then a a 15K KIA dealership.except maybe the coffee. I cant believe it after I had there flagship checkup which cam up witch came up just the head gasket 3 weeks later, brought it back and they did the complete check up again and Bob Ufola said this and this was leaking needed a new on ex: AC compressor alone 1500 and power steering hose needed replacing among 4000 dollars replacing . Well the manager was very nice yet Bob Ufola, Im not sure if the others are, but quite sure they are. Well to make it short im no if tne rest are. But it was insane 3 weeks prior a complete check up snf 3 weeeks later 4k worth of fixing so I took to a small who the gentleman was a master mechanic said only thing I see is a very small leak on compressor like fixed it along with front bushings. And he is a real master mechanic for Mercedes Benz and said if it compressor were to start again he would replace with a new one and install for 600 dollars. SO folks that take your there cars there caution, and get a second opinion I already started stage one with BBB and waiting to go as far as need be.

Terrible Experience

Overall, They are overpriced, under educated, and rude, They lack integrity and professionalism and do not live by the credo and mantra of the standards they portray on their website. They will offer you 1/4th the value of your car and make an unreasonable profit. But they expect you to pay full price. Worst of all, they try to make you feel like an idiot for even trying to negotiate. In my most recent vi... view moresit, my dealer knew nothing about the car and was even having a hard time finding the information. During the test drive of a performance car (M Roadster), I drove very mildly aggressively. As it is a performance car. Without warning or request to slow down, he demanded I pull over as if I were his child on a learners permit. When we returned, I attempted to apologize for startling him. but i was interupted by him insulting and yelling at me. I understand that my driving can be much for some to handle. However, this was rather mild and all in a straight line. in caviot, under no circumstance is it acceptable to insult and yell at customer after he has driven us back to the dealership. Slight background; I have had professional high performance driving training. I have had over 10 BMW performance cars. He understood my intentions of how i planned to drive the car and my interest in performance specs.(which he could not provide any of) Definently shop around, you will get better pricing, treatment, and respect from any other dealer.
