This place sucks!!!! They will get you financed for a car, however, you will be out a huge amount of money trying to fix the bucket. They sold me a lemon that looked good on the outside, but in reality it had been in a serious accident which cause major internal problems. This led to me having to get a new transmission and I was told by the mechanic that fixed my car that it was a poor investment and that I should no... view moret be financing this car. Of course when I called them about the issue, they told me that if I didn`t have a service contract, I would have to pay for the repairs myself. I didn`t have my car fixed by them because I don`t trust them at all. They prey on vulnerable people to keep their business running.

Service is horrible - Purchased used SUV transmission went out, SUV was still under warranty - Service kept my vehicle for over 45 days, since my vehicle was under warranty I felt they gave us inadequate/incomptent service because we were not "paying customers". They would not return telephone calls, they would put us on hold and keep us on hold as long as 30 minutes. It was the worst customer service exper... view moreience I have ever received. I would not recommend Joe Ricci to my worst enemy.

STAY AWAY!
Not only did these people charge me double for a car, but as soon as I got home the thing started giving me major problems. It wouldnt start up because the battery it came with was HALF the size it should have been for that car. I tried to get the dealership to help me out with the cost since it had only been 2 days since I bought the car, but they totally blew me off and said it was my problem. Now 4 days later and ... view morethe car is leaking antifreeze. Hopefully I will get some help this time, but im not looking forward to it.
