Alice is the very best car sales person that I have had the pleasure doing business with. She located the car I wanted and had it delivered so I could drive home with it that day. Did not make any promises that she could not keep. I would recommend her to any one that wanted to buy a new or used car. The best part is she set up my radio and Bluetooth for me, and offered to send me how to videos if needed on other thi... view morengs that I would have trouble setting up myself. Awesome experience! I wasn`t planning

Awesome experience! I wasn`t planning on buying so soon, was just passing by after a doctor visit. Less than 24 hours I`m in a new vehicle. Alice made my transaction flawless and smooth as glass. It was great to work with a women salesperson who knows her product and was able to understand my needs as a buyer. I felt right at home at this dealer and highly recommend to everyone.

I had problems in the wiring of my

I had problems in the wiring of my electronic trailer brake controler attached to the dashboard. While repairs were being taken care of, I was taken to and picked up from a previously set appointment by an employee of the dealership. While I was gone, repairs were done and I was able to continue with my day without interuptions. I have always had very satisfactory dealings with Chelsea Chevrolet and the service depa... view morertment there. Geoffrey Patterson runs a great service department.

I bought a new 2012 Avalanche. I`m very happy with the purchase. Alice Cinderich was my sales person. She is very informative and a great person to deal with. I love Chelsea chevy. Comparing them to some of the other chevy dealerships that I have dealt with, they are by far the best. They are not worried just about making a buck, but about being there to help you and make sure that you are a satified customer. )
