THE WORST EXPERENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!

I called them on the phone to order a part and was told one thing but later when my girlfriend went to pay for it the price jumped 30 dollars? She payed for it and told me how much it was and i said it shouldn`t have been near that price? So then i had to call them up and figure out what the communaction problem was! I spoke with al in parts dept. as i did before and he said the parts were not 9 dollars for the pa... view moreir of them, that in fact they were 9 dollars each?? I did not want them at that price and told him that but i told him to still order the filter housing because i needed it right away. He assured me it would be here the next day which i was " assuming " that would be saturday. Come to find out they are not open on saturday?!?! Not even for a few hours like 8 am till noon?? I had to go to the junk yard to get one and put it one myself to get this truck up and running. You would think al would have told me " oh by the way i know you need this right away but you will have to wait till monday for it " but that did NOT happen. So saturday rolls around and i stop at the dealershp so see when it might be in, seeing how i needed it badly just to find out that they were closed!?!?! When do i pull my hair out?? Now or do i pull it out on monday?? I went to a junk yard and got the part and put it on myself and waited till monday to tell them that i did not need it seeing as how i told them i needed it right away and that did not mean monday either! I go there monday to get my money back and show them the receipt of the junkyard and told al that he did not inform me that they were not open saturday and he said yes i did. Which if he did i would have never ordered it and would have went to the junkyard in the first place!!! I payed 50 dollars for it at the junkyard and i showed him my reciept and he said well of course you went to the junkyard you saved 30 dollars by doing it that way. I then wipped out 1,400.00 dollars cash that i had in my pocket and told him i was not worried about 30 dollars i just wanted the part!??!?! He did not know what to say then!! He would NOT help me out and just kept pointing at me and yelling. I then told him do i look like a dog to you?!?!? His boss was sitting there i asked to speak to his boss and the guy siiting down said that is me, and i said so you can`t help me out here then huh?!?! He said nope and i asked him who his boos was and he replied Mr. Gage?!? Ya right!! He was no help to me and just as well keep sitting down it seemed he was good at it. I then explained to them they just lost business because i needed a 4x4 switch put in and a heater core and a 02 sensor and i WAS actually going to have them do it!?!? Then they wanted to do business for some reson, imagain that?? I told them to keep the part for now and i would go over there head with this one because i was NOT going to pay the 35% restocking fee!!! If they simply said i don`t care who was at fault we will fix the problem they WOULD have earned my business!! But NOW i have to write this blog on them of the nasty treatment i got, and loose 35% on the part that i ordered and wanted right away and i now have to take my business elseware!! I am guessing the work on my truck would have exceeded 500 dollars and that is what they threw away if i wasn`t treated like a dog! Lack of courtesy and respect will turn anyone away quicly!! If you plan on dealing with them haqve fun and be CAREFULL!! There are tooooo many other people i can get the part from and have my truck worked on by and MIGHT actually treat me as if i was a human?? Just a thought?!!??! I should have known though there might be a problem though because my girlfriends mom got told when looking for a car to buy to come back with her husband and then they could talk?? Overall this has to be the WORST NIGHTMARE i have had in a few years!!
