I called and asked ahead if they had my part in stock. Drove there with a 2yr old, 1yr old and 2 month old in the van. Went in and asked for part at counter. I was told I would be the very first person to get helped. I told them I would wait in the van because it was full of kids. I waited for 30 minutes and went in to see what was taking so long. The men at the front desks told me they were waiting for the runner to... view more get back from lunch! He walked in at that moment and they apparently told him I was waiting and to take care of me first. I went back to car a little mad. I called the office 15 mins later to see if it was going all right. I was informed it would be a few more mins. I went in 15 mins later, and was angry. I reminded them that I had a van full of children, who were not happy and crying for the last 15 minutes of my hour wait. I was told that there seemed to be a problem with the part. That it was broken or gone and they would have to refund my money. At no time did any of them get off their butts to walk out the front door and express to me that there was a problem, or that it would be awhile. I think the poor customer service would keep me from entering that place ever again, even if they are the only ones with a part I need and I will tell everyone I know about their lack of customer awareness.

I went in to get my bearing fixed for my car. I had my GPS in my dash board. I check my dashboard when my car was returned to me. NO GPS! These guys STOLE my GPS and the boss will not even recognize it. He said," Well it could have been stolen withing a couple of days." NO IT WAS NOT!! No one broke into my car. I had that gps for a year. It only went to 2 places, on the windshield and in my dash when not us... view moreing it. Its not so much the GPS that is the problem is that HONEST PEOPLES` BELONGINGS WILL BE STOLEN!!! These guys don`t care about their business. He was not motivated at all to help me saying "he will investigate" when i told him to do so after 20 minutes of rambling" Are you kidding me? Do you hate or job or something?!! Hey boss until you learn that the customer is always right you will lose your business. They are arrogant pricks BEWARE!!!

I perchased a used engine from these jokers when it turned out to be no good they wouldn`t give me a refund dont go there dont buy there this place is a ripoff !
