Stay away from this place if you like your car. Horrible work Took my car here to have the fender fixed. Paint did not even come close to the rest of the car. Took it back to have the paint blended the way it should have been done the first time. Got it home after picking it up. Rag top has over spray all over it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY. HAVING MY CAR FIXED AT A PLACE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. RATHER PAY AGAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN TO TAKE IT BACK THERE.

my car was stolen and the rims were stolen and there was some minor pain work to be done on the rear bumper. I live in Columbus, Ohio and i was notified my car would be completed the next business day but i was unable to pick the vehicle up until two business days out. The body shop offered to deliver my vehicle to Columbus the following day. I was really happy about that. However when they brought the vehicle t... view moreo my place of employment i noticed the quality of work was appalling. All the tire pressure monitor sensors were malfunctioning, the paint didn`t match whatsoever and was several shades lighter, the paint was already peeling around the rear backup sensors and to top it off the car was making a grinding noise when moving and a loud screeching noise when backing up. Regardless off the awful sounds coming from the vehicle while it was in motion these people chose to drive it about 200 miles causing who knows what kind of damage. This is a $40,000 vehicle and has less than 2000 miles. this experience has left me in shock. The bodyshop collected over $8000 from my insurance company and not one thing was fixed correctly. i refuse to let them even attempt to correct their awful work. They don`t deserve the privilege to call themselves a body shop much less collect money from an insurance company....students in trying can do better. I`m going to have to see what kind of recourse can be done about this but one thing is for certain....I will not return to this place and I will insist my insurance company correct the problem.

This was by FAR the worst cust...

This was by FAR the worst customer service I have delt with in a while. Not only did they NEVER call me. When I would call they would beat around the bush and not answer ANY of my questions. Mary promised to call me back numerous times and never did! My car was supposed to take 2 weeks it took almost 4. Everytime I call they are rude and act like I am bothering them. Not only did they give me a FR...

Not only did they give me a FREE car to use while my car was in the shop, they also dealt with my insurance company so I didn`t have to. Since my accident, my mother and friend both have had to go there and were very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done. They were awesome- Thank you Body Works!

Never use this business, I too...

Never use this business, I took my Van there for minor BODY work and when I picked it up the MOTOR was blown. The owners had the nerve to ask me when was the last time I changed my oil....Wow I drove it in there running fine and now I have a car I can not drive. The owners will not even accept responsibility or speak to me.
