put deposit on vehicle was told it was in storage. never believed them requested my money back and they tried to keep prying. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!

Very rude ! Sold me a piece of crap dodge charger for way over priced and found out it was a stolen car from some random state and recovered ! Later called him out on it and Dennis threatend to sue me and call the cops. WASTE OF TIME! They belong in jail! Theifs!

I was told I was Approved for a loan on the vehicle I had been inquiring about. set the time to go down for test drive and to see the vehicle in person. I was half asleep when I went so I wasent too picky but I have o major complaints I`m happy with my purchase they weren`t pushy or unprofessional with me I`d go back but I`m also rebuilding my credit so my options are limited

I purchased a car here and the staff was freindly and were not pushy at all! The other postings must have had some sort of issues but we had no problems vehicle is great and staff was very professional! Id go back in the future and will be sending freinds there if there looking for a new vehicle! I wouldn`t even give these people the time of the day.... their is so many bad things I can say about this place. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came in. So the story begins as I fill out an online application... They call me the next day and say I am approved from John. The next day I get a call from Brandon... I am approved again... Then the next day Josh calls me and I am approved, five minutes la... view moreter someone else calls to tell me I am approved... So after about a million calls, I finally go in on my day off of work to buy a car. I get there and they have me in a tiny closest and John fills me out another application... and as we are waiting for the finance department to let me know if I am approved or not.... he is supposivly going to get me keys to a car to test drive.... I waited outside in 90 degree weather for about 20 minutes and from across the parking lot he yells my name... very unproffesional... So I walk to him and he tells me to go sit in his office... and after I am sitting there for another fifteen minutes he finally comes in to tell me I am not approved. I should have known they were going to be like this because when I was walking in there was some lady cursing out one of the employees. The worse part about it is that a man name josh just called me this morning from there and told me, "we are just waiting on you to come in, we have been trying to get ahold of you, we have your application, you are approved." If I was a mean person, I would have cursed them all out too! I just calmly walked out and said thanks anyways. I can`t stand these people!!!

I got financed for 10,900 so I got a kia Sorento. but it had a broken mirror. So they told me to come back with in 30 days and they will replace it. so I came back 2 weeks later and said ohh the parts not in yet come back later, so I did. and did again, but the last time I went back Kenny told me im past my 30 day marker and no longer can get my mirror. then when I bought the kia they said my payments where 270 every... view more month, but after a few months my car was up for repo because they wherent 270, they where 311. So I never had the right payment. which messed my credit up. And every payment not on time was a $125 late fee so pretty much for almost a year I was paying over 400 a month for this.. They lie about the prices, the website and the lot has two different prices, unless you have cash dont deal with them

Please do yourself a favor and get a bicycle. These people are rude and obnoxious. I qualified...NO problem there, but they had me drive 60 miles one way to look at a vehicle that wasn`t available!! And, it took them 20 minutes to figure out it was no longer there (if it ever was). Then they attempted to have me look at another that I had told them numerous times I was NOT interested in. This place is fine if you have terrible credit (which I do because of massive amounts of student loans; my D/I ratio is terrible), but you have to be careful! Make sure you`re reading the fine print, and don`t let them talk you into anything you don`t want! They automatically sign you up for the extended warranty, so if you don`t want it, make it known throughout the process, and be prepared to walk away ... view moreif they won`t take it off...no matter what they say, you DO NOT have to take it. If you tell them you don`t have any money down, they`ll try to get you to sign a promissary note for a down payment at a later date. I did not sign mine. Get everything you need for your vehicle before you leave the lot. I was assured I would receive a 2nd key, and I still haven`t. I also called because my temporary license plate expired and they basically told me I was S.O.L, and that I had to wait on the state to send it. I spoke with their secretary and someone named Dennis (I think he might be the business manager) and he was very rude to me. I asked him when the information had been sent to the state because I doubted they would give you a two-week window if it wasn`t enough time to process the paper work, and he refused to give me the date and said I was jumping to conclusions. He said they "might" have it by the end of the business day, other wise there was nothing he could do. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if this becomes an ongoing problem. Overall, I give them 3 stars because they were able to get me financing. However, they have terrible follow-up customer service (and poor customer service in general), and their facility is a little scary to say the least (it`s really small so if anyone blows up the bathroom you will smell it, and kind of seedy and dirty). If I had a friend that asked me about their service I would say, "If you can get financed through anywhere else, don`t go to this place."

they buy cars that were in an accident, fix them and sell for over blue book

if you go in the back parking lot you`ll see all the cars they buy at insurance auctions all busted up. i am a mechanic. i looked at all their cars and noticed signs of body/air bag repairs. i also noticed second time there, their were 2 of the cars that were in the back all smashed up, in front for sale somewhat fixed. this place sells lemons and needs to be put out of business as they do not tell you about the acci... view moredents these cars were in. take my advise and dont get ripped off from this place
