HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They had my car for a total of 6 months!! Car is rendered UNSAFE TO DRIVE because when they put the tranny back in, they did not install motor mounts nor control arm nor tighten bolts, no properly install tranny linkage people!!!!! PLUS my car was hit and the back fin was broke off as well as a large dent in the back bumper. All I get is the run around!! Put on hold for over 10 minutes on... view more 3 occasions with no one returning to the line. Have requested 3 times to speak with owner, Lanny Hassel, and not one attempt by him. I bet I have made 15 calls in the past 2 weeks, only to be told one thing then the other!!!!! EMPTY TALK! Salesman talk a bunch of CRAP and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR WARRANTY!!!! They even had the audacity to ask me to file a claim with my insurance!!!!!!! I contacted the BBB and will continue to pursue relentlessly as I do not want one other person to go through the headaches and stress that I have been thru with these SCAMMERS!!!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS! I am NOT the only one who feels this way! Check out all the bad reports and BBB complaints just in the past 2 years! Wish I did more research before I took my beautiful Acura in to them. I feel destroyed and betrayed by ALL of them. And what a coward for the owner to not call back. What a nightmare! i bought an engine for my dodge durango and in the process of buying they were so nice, they called me a few times a day every day and I was convince that it was a nice place to buy it and the garanty of $400 back sounded good. ....:( 4 months later... Today , I am still waiting my $400 dollars back!, oh sorry... They said thta it will be only $200 dollars back because the core was. No good!! Duh... view more!, of course was not good, that why I needed a new engine. They never said nothing to me, and they said that their mechanic stablish that was no good enough for the $400 dollars back!!!! What??. How they determine the amount for that? I had the promise of $400 not $200 and now I have $0000. I called.. The system is down (they said), I called... My check is on it way (they said, 3 months ago), I called... they said they are busy and they will call meback... I need the core report to compare with someone else (Sorry, It is a private information, they said) What happened with the nice sellsman I was talking by phone? Where is everybody in that company?. A Nightmare

Horrible experience with accurate engines. Read good reviews and used them for an engine rebuild to save money, less than six months later the engine developed a serious problem, and had to be shipped back for $500 so they could diagnose and fix the problem. Turns out the problem "could have" been caused by causes outside the engine, so they claim it`s not under warranty and want another $1000 in addition t... view moreo the original fee and costs to take out and ship the engine a second time. All around a nightmare, horrible service, extremely expensive, stay away!

I had a good experience, even though a couple problems did come up. They communicated with me quickly and solved all problems as needed. When I picked up my car they were very friendly and the cost was exactly as quoted.

I had them install a used engine in my 2012 silverado. The motor is in great running condition and sounds good too. It runs very well and has plenty of power. They were easy to deal with and reasonably priced.

I got a great rebuilt engine from them for my Jeep. I have had zero problems with it and see no smoke at all from it so that tells me its a good rebuild. I was pleased with every aspect of the service.
