Rare Care/ Real Service

This took place7-23-08 On a Wednesday evening at 7:40, my significant other (wife) calls me from Saginaw and says"I just KO`ed a curb and my tire is destroyed, HELP!!. I am in Presque Isle Mi (North of Alpena), I get on the net, find Northwest, called them at 7:50 pm and was told they close at 8. They also said hang on a minute after I told them what the situation was. The person I spoke with(Kevin I believe) said ... view more"Well, I have been here for 12.5 hours already today, but I will help you out. They went to the parking lot where my wife was, changed the tire, had her follow them to the shop, replaced the tire, noticed that the force of the crash had crushed the wheel/hub/bearing assembly, called me, I OK`ed it, replaced it and sent her on her way. They saved me from having to get a wrecker and tow the car/ renting a car for my wife`s appointments the next morning. The price charged was right in line where it should be also, no gouging.
