Over the last week I have been in the process of buying a car from this dealership (Labadie Toyota) and Frank C. It seems like a long process but they have gone out of their way to provide me with the vehicle of my dreams. I had a very specific Model, Trim, and Option package in mind when I went to visit the dealership for a test drive. Even though I arrived after hours on a Saturday, Frank was more then willing to l... view moreet me go for a spin. After additional research I found a few conflicting numbers and also the disturbing article `Confessions of a Car Salemen` on Edmunds.com. I began to have second thoughts on buying a car and lost all trust in salesmen, I called Frank with my hesitations. Frank said he would do everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and would walk me through the process in detail with the option to bail if needed. I agreed and in the end he explained everything in an open, honest way that regained the trust and I didn`t feel as though I was being `fleeced` by a car salesmen. My car is being hand delivered to my workplace by Frank today and I couldn`t be happier about my purchase. Frank, Chad, Aimee, Dustin, and Willis went out of their way for me and I am extemely grateful and looking forward my future relationship with the Labadie Service Department via the Toyota maintenance plan.
