I went to this garage for an alignment because it was the cheapest place in town and I found out why it was the cheapest. After they performed the work they informed my that my car had bad suspension components, by law they are supposed to inform you before they do any work and write it on the invoice. When I left the shop my alignment was far worse than when I brought it in and was to the point of being dangerous. W... view morehen I brought the car back they informed me that the could not do an alignment (which they claimed they had already done and charged me for) because of they bad suspension parts. The owner told me that he told me they couldn`t do the alignment (which I paid for) because of the suspension parts I asked him to see the invoice where he was legally required to list the information and he became very angry and aggressive and told me to leave and never come back. They did refund my money but left my car in worse (dangerous) condition than when I brought it in. The owner has a violent temper and no sense of business ethics. I will be filing a complaint with the state regarding this issue.

I have had this business service each of my three vehicles over the past three years and they have provided excellent service. They provide good diagnosis of the problem usually at no cost and seek out the most cost efficient means to resolve the problem. They are definitely in the top 3 auto service places that I do business with Good, honest mechanics are hard to find. There were some problems they just couldn... view more`t fixed because they couldn`t pinpoint the problem, but at least they didn`t charge for trying to diagnose the problem. Most auto service places have a diagnostic fee, even if no work is performed. They don`t just want your money, they want your future business and referrals to future customers. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

fast and knowlegable service

We have used this garage for several years they work on all 5 of our vehicles. Most of our cars are old and need maintenance. They keep tabs on area`s of our vehicles that could potentionally cause a break down. Most recently we purchased a new used car and they went over several vehicles prior to our purchasing our 2003 Saturn and helpped us avoid buying cars that had problems which were not identified or repaire... view mored by the dealerships that were selling them. It kept us from making a bad purchase.

Before you visit, Caution

Unlike the other review, I had notorious service from this place. I went in and wanted a quote for service and they were completely rude and frankly quite nasty to me. I had never been there before and simply wanted a quote on a job compared with a couple other places. Needless to say, their competitor was happy to help me out.
