Have been going to Warhoops for several years never had any problems its a very busy place just tell them what your looking for and they will point you in right direction they may only say a word or two but who cares there busy people its not a big retail chain its a salvage yard and the best one around

RUDE!

If this place gets any repeat service with the person they have answering the phone I would be surprised. Probably only reason they stay in business is because they are the junk yard that the police stations in the area use and I am sure they are all getting a cut of the business. Let`s face it more corrupt governement! I won`t use this place - the person that answered the phone was very rude ! Even hung up the ... view morephone on me before I was done talking! They would be really smart to hire a nice girl to answer the phone- bet their business would increase. I would never recommend this place!

They need to be better answering telephones. I made 2 calls. As I began speaking, the man picking it up said something and then silence and I was disconnected. I called back right away. Man answered the phone, no name given. Tried to explain problem and even though he shared information...somewhat, didn`t impress me like he wanted to remain on phone very long. When I began asking him what a price might be IF I found ... view morepart, same phone result: Silence, disconnected! My first call here. Probably my last! You wonder why Detroit area has a bad name!
