Honest mechanics, very good prices and fast service. You control all the work, and they keep every part they replace and show you the problems.

Honest Work, Fair Prices
They are straight up honest at this place, no B.S. I recently had a lot of work done there, and they gave me a very fair price and finished the work very quickly. They kept all the replaced parts for my inspection, and they don`t do any work unless you give the OK. You deal directly with the owner, Phil, and he makes sure that place runs smoothly.

Muffler Man is not safe!
Do not visit this business establishment! I took my car there to get a new ball joint. When I picked my car up, the owner Phil, assured me that the car would be running smoothly. After pulling out onto Fort St. I realized something was wrong. The steering wheel was shaking violently back and forth. My dad, who was driving behind me, said it looked like the front driver`s side wheel was loose and not stable. I ... view moretook the car back to Muffler Man, then picked it up several days later. Phil charged me another $30, for what I am not exactly sure because when I left I had the same exact problem.
I contacted Phil, the owner again. I then had another gentlemen look at the driver`s side wheel, for that`s where the problems seemed to be located. He found the problem right away, it was a problem that the mechanics at Muffler Man had created...when they took apart the wheel, rust fell and was not cleaned off(I have pictures). When the whole wheel was put back onto the vehicle it was not even or flush. The wheel was on a bit crooked in other words, thus creating wobbling in both the wheel and the steering wheel. When Phil, the owner, was notified about this error his words were, "so sue me!".
Not only did this business not fix my car, but they put myself and my son in danger. My wheel could have fallen off completely in the middle of the highway.
