This place is horrible! Do not...

*** The response from George Glassman was just to save face. We called him and told him the situation, and he said he would call back after they reviewed everything. He NEVER called back, and I had to pay $2,000 dollars to fix my car, after I only had it for a week. Don`t let him writing me back fool you, he clearly could not care less, and did absolutely nothing to amend the situation. These people are a bunch of sc... view moream artists, do not waste your money at this dealership, you will get ripped off! This place is horrible! Do not waste your time or money at this dealership. They are liars and don`t care if they sell you a horrible car. I bought a used car, and not even a week later, the engine light, service light, a broken light, and the camshaft is all messed up. They claimed they did a 130 point inspection, and they are clearly liars, because they would have found these things. Do not buy a car from these people/

I just bought my 4th car from this dealership. I recommend them highly. They were completely price price competitve. They spent a ton of time explaining the car and it`s features and the vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. The sales and service staff were knowledgable and courteous. They even followed up with calls and emails to make sure I was satisfied

They lied to us about the term...

They lied to us about the terms of the warranty, and when we pointed out they were wrong and it is in fact covered under warranty they flat out refused to honor it. They then threatened to impound the car if it wasn`t towed off the lot immediately. Terrible company, and a terrible dealership. Beware of useless warranty. You will have to hire a lawyer to get it honored.

Terrific experience. I recently purchased a Kia soul from Marty and he did an awesome job. Got me the car I wanted and took his time to make sure I understood everything about the car. He even introduced me to the service manager and the owner of the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends

Nice place to do business

I just purchased a new sonata from glassman. My salesman John was very knowledgeable and didn`t try to give me the hard sell. The business manager helped me with the financing and beat my credit union rate. Awesome car and the styling is very cool.

Not good

Every time I`ve taken my vehicle in for service, scheduled maintenance, or repairs it came out worse than it went in. The first two times I took the car in for oil changes there were new scratches on it when I picked it up. One time they scratched the entire exterior (up and down both sides) and then tried to say they didn`t do it, another time nothing was wrong with my car, I took it in for scheduled maintenance a... view morend when I picked it up it didn`t make it more than an 1/8 of a mile away from the dealer and again they said it had nothing to do with the fact that they had just taken apart the engine and put it back together (improperly). I won`t be having any work done in this dealership again. They did not make things right on any of my visits when there was a problem. My advice try another location. I had my last repair done at Mr. Mechanic in Southfield on Telegraph and they did a great job!
