As a doctor. I have a very limited time to shop for cars. So in between One of my hospital runs. I stopped at Crest Ford Centerline and met a very nice salesman named Tony Candela. I told him I was interested in Mustang convertible. He showed me several choices, and work with me for several weeks to ascertain the best car to fit my needs and worked with me and around my very busy schedule. He he also stated that he w... view moreould come in on his off day to help fit the delivery my new car into my schedule, which he did. I would recommend dealing with Crest Ford used car department. What a wonderful group of people. Thanks again Tony

I very satisfied with the experience I had when purchasing my car at Crest Ford in Centerline. The price was the best I found anywhere on my 2011 Ford Fusion. The people were very friendly and professional. Thank you Crest.

As a single mother with two children. I give very nervous shopping for new car. And being on a very tight budget and shopping at several dealerships. Crest Ford and their staff made me feel extremely comfortable in the buying process. They found me car in my budget with low miles and a great interest rate. Tony Candela spent a lot of quality time with me explaining the vehicle and all my finance options to me. Defini... view moretely would recommend Crest Ford to all my friends and family.

2 weeks ago i bought a used 2011 Ford Flex from them for $21000, with 30000 miles on it. They kinda rushed me through it. i told them that we could come back (me and my wife) in the morning to finish up, but they were not having it. so we did the deal that night. ok so we have the car. all is good right? Then it snowed the next morning. I was all over the place in this car that only had 30000 miles on it. Who would h... view moreave thought that the tires were bad on a certified car. So i called and talked to the finance Guy Tim. He said that if they had more than 3/32 of an inch on them then they did not have to replace them. So i took the car to Discount tire, and bell tire. both said i should have never left the lot with out having new tires on the car, I even took it to Crest Fords service Dept. he said at least 3 out of the 4 are completely unsafe and i need a front end alignment. i asked him (Michael Brabow) to write this down so i could have a refrence and he did (i still have this). so i went into the sales dept and they told me to come in Monday to talk to my sales guy (Charlie Versellie) and used cars Sales Manager (Pete LaFata). I did, they gave me #$%$. I told my sales guy this is supposed to be a certified car! he said ill look at the certs . After a Half hour wait he decided to pull me over to show me the cirts that showed that they made a mistake and that the car should have never made it off the lot without the front tires being replaced. i said ok, so what are you going to do. he said that they were going to get me the front tires. i said I want a front end alignment too, since your service manager said that it needs it also. he said it shouldnt be a problem . It became a big problem!!!! the next day i came in for the tires i asked the guy that takes your car in to the bay that they were doing a front end alignment too right. he said it is not on his list . i went. right to my sales guy asking him why no front end alignment. i am getting 2 tires why are you not doing the alignment too. so he went to his boss the used sales manager (Pete ZaPata) and he said to me were are giving you a complementary 2 free tires i laughed at him and said no your fixing your dumb mistake, and that i knew that i shouldn t even driven off the lot the way it was. so he said you don t need it I said give me that in writing he said No , and walked off. then i told my sales guy i will not come back here if i don t get it. I said i want to talk to your Sales Manager (Sam Haynes). So my sales guy went into his office and came back out and said they will not do it. i said Charlie you are going to lose all our business, the Sales, Service, and Body shop over one front end alignment! that s when it all came down. the Sales Manager finally came out from behind his Desk and decided to talk to me with his finger in my face and said Are you going to talk to someone in a wheel chair that way as if i was cussing him out. i didn t even say one swear word, but was very frustrated. then he kicked me out. i told him that i want his name and that i was going to call the owner. he said here s my card and make sure you spell my name right . i said i will make sure i wont . then as he was getting my car i told him that i wanted to talk to him in the first place but he was to lazy to come out and talk to me face to face. then he told me to leave again. well when i got home i called the owner and he was busy so i left him a message, same as this one. needless to say i never got a call back. that is why i am now putting this out. over a front end alignment they have lost my business forever. i will not recommend anyone buying any car from any Crest dealer as even Crest himself don t care about how his customers are dealt with. Good luck if you go there. plus I asked for a car fax report and never got that either. next time ill have to get a GM or Dodge

My name is Elodia Ayler-Jordan...
My name is Elodia Ayler-Jordan, my husband Essic Jordan took our car to Crest Ford for service(oil change). We had a 2:30 pm appointment. They brought my husband home and was suppose to call us and send their driver to pick my husband up when the car was ready. Well,6:30 pm came and no call. We called the dealership and learned that the service department was closed and that we could come in and pick up the car but t... view morehey could not send a driver back to get my husband. We are really dissatisfied with the service and disappointed that we did not receive a car that our car was ready. That is no way to do business and I am filing a complaint against the dealership. We are seniors and needed to go to the store, we had to pay to get to the store. We have a car and should not have had to pay to go anywhere. It was the dealerships responsibility to notify us that the car would not be ready, or that they could not get the car back the same day, or bring the car in tomorrow for service. They did not call and give us any information.
I would not recommend anyone to this dealership and I will not return. This is the way that they treat customers then they do not deserve my service or my money. Today is Monday August 27, 2012.

I usually don`t throw my 2 cents in the ring but I feel this place is just horrible the way they treat their customers. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place. I didn`t buy my car there but I use to get it serviced there. I am in the market for a new car and I am proud to say that Crest Ford WILL NOT be getting my business.
The service department is incompetent and there manager Jim Clark and staff tr... view morey to use bully quick talk tactics to create the illusion that it is your fault that their staff didn`t document your complaints instead of taking responsibility for poor service. These people DO NOT care about their customers what-so-ever. My car is now going to another dealership that gave me better prices and were up front.
Did I mention they put the wrong oil filter on my ford at the ford dealer and I drove to NY and back and the oil was pretty much leaked out by then?
If you do have problems, I guess it is the customers job to make sure the dealership documents your complaints and to make them put it in writing.
Crest Ford formerly Bob Thibodeau Ford has failed on the most important factors.
