This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer! (This rating is for a Nissan vehicle, but also applies to the Audi, Mazda, Porsche dealerships in the same buildings, managed by the same people) They screwed up my paperwork, and this resulted in my temp license plate expiring, having to drive with an expired plate for a week until they got around to returning my phone call and getting me another, the... view moren it took an additional 2 weeks to get the real one, which they ordered wrong, after assuring me they ordered the one I asked for. I still do not, to this day, have a copy of the final paper work that we signed... and this was back in January that I drove my car off the lot. The sales person didn`t know much about the vehicle, but she pretended to, which led to some disappointing surprises after the car was already bought. I was sold an aftermarket service plan on a brand new vehicle, which has led to months of distress just trying to get the maintenance I have already paid for. Basically, if they hadn?ˆ™t screwed all of my paperwork and warranties up to begin with, I would have never found out then when you need them to answer the phone or email because you need them to follow up on something?ˆ¦ hahahaha?ˆ¦ don?ˆ™t expect an answer. I have since decided to take my vehicle to the Ann Arbor Nissan for maintenance, and found out that they were all former employees of the Farmington Hill dealership and when Suburban bought them out, they all left due to horrible work practices and bad management?ˆ¦ Guess were all in this together.
