I wouldn`t recommend it. I took my vehicle to Garber on Bay Rd for a problem with my engine intermittently dying on the highway. They kept my vehicle three days, said they couldn`t find anything wrong with it, and gave my vehicle back to me with an empty gas tank.

Five stars all around
I recentley purchased a vehicle at Garber Buick after searching online for months. I came across a vehicle that was similar to what I was looking for but not the right color. When I got there to look at it I told them that I wasn`t sure about the color and they went out and found me one that is perfect. Because Garber is a Certified dealer I was also able to Certify my car and get a 100,000 mile warranty. I am ve... view morery thankful that I got the opportunity to meet the Garber team and look forward to many more purchases with them.

Does not fullfill or intend to fullfill promises to make a sale. Does not stand by their word.
I purchased a vehicle from Garber Buick of Saginaw. Financing was available from a high risk lender, depending on the return to work date of my layed off husbands employer. I myself have a job that was sufficient, but did not have enough time in for our lender to use my income. Our salesperson, Erika, stated that if my husband was not back to work within 30 days, that she would re-work the paperwork to extend the... view more financing window. She also implied that if our lender pulled out, that Garber would back the loan. So on that note, we put a down payment down and purchased the vehicle. The title was transfered and insurance was placed on it. Withing the first three days of the purchase, the car had complications that were obvious, not starting and stalling while going down the road. The car was then placed in Garber`s repair shop, fixed after several trips back. At that point, we wanted a different vehicle, and at first was optimisticly told that that was possible. But as that became a real possibility, the attitude from Garber changed. Eventually the car was fixed, and that dissapointing chapter was closed.
When I went in to make my first car payment to Garber, because the finacing had yet to go through, Erika asked my if my husband was back to work yet. He was not, so she asked for his work phone number and contacted them to find out that he was being layed off indefinately. She took the payment, and I left with an uneasy feeling. Sure enough, the next day I recieved a call from her supervisor saying they wanted the car back that day. I would also have to wait until the next week for my refund of the down payment and first payment. My lawyer advised me not to return the car until the check was in my hand. Which is what I did. So now I am out a car and all the cost associated with transfering plates and insurance. If Garber had done their job correctly, I would not have wasted all my resorces with them and would still have a car to get to work.
