I brought my 2010 Accord in because of a grinding noise at low speeds. Since I had bought it in June from Troy Honda as a CPO vehicle, I was not expecting a major problem (but there`s always that worry). There did turn out to be a major problem with both rear brakes, but your service team (with cooperation from Troy Honda) made sure I was back on the road the same afternoon without giving me an expensive bad memory o... view moref the experience. I`m very thankful to your service team for your investigative and repair work and to Troy Honda for covering the cost.

Oil change and transmission flush. Advisor looked up my record and found that the trans was flushed 10,000 miles ago. Without his honesty I would have had them do it again. Everything was excellent. I can get the oil changed for less at a quick oil change place but I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of your service.

My experience was good as usual. The service I had was an oil change and serviceperson, Brian explained everything quite well. I had other issues with questions and he answered those most completely, even though I wasn`t having the work done on that day. I was in an out in a little over an hour, which I thought was reasonable..
