Best Dealership Ever!!!
I absolutely love this dealership. After a horrible experience at Merollis Chevrolet dealership, I contacted this dealership via email and received a response quickly. Anna responded and was certained I will receive much better care. However, I was still skeptical and didn`t expect for the quality of service to be as phenomenal as it was. This dealership will listen to your concerns and will try their best to please ... view moreyou. Eric Glenn was my salesman and I give him an A+++++ for the superb service. He`s very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Paul Zimmerman is the General Sales Manager and he is just amazing. This dealership corrected the damage that Merollis created and made me a happy loyal customer. If you`re looking for an awesome dealership with a caring staff, look no further George Matick is your place. Thank you Eric Glenn and Paul Zimmerman. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!

Body Shop was Fantastic!
I recently had an accident in my Malibu and my Insurance Agent recommended I take my car to Matick Chevrolet. There are closer dealers to my home, but I decided to have my Malibu taken there and listen to him. I couldn`t be more happy that I did. The repair was really quick and better yet, I got to drive a new Cruze while my car was fixed. Every day I was able to see a picture of my car and how the repair was goi... view moreng, it was really cool to follow the process while it was going on without having to call for updates all the time. Overall, the people there was so friendly and they made it easy for me. When I got my car back, it looked about 3x better than I can remember! I can`t thank them enough!

What a Great Purchase!
I had a great experience buying my car recently. I found my Salesman and the people there really nice.
I thought I was going to have a problem getting a car. I had some issues in the past with my credit and figured I`d have to get some high mile car that I didn`t want. I was able to work with Martin and he helped explain what my options were and didn`t pressure me one way or another.
I was able to walk out w... view moreith my NEW car the same day! I never thought I`d by something new and they made it possible.
THANK YOU!!!! I`ll be back for my next car!

Rude Salesmen
My girlfriend went there today to look at a new car. She is wanting to buy something this week. The sales people were very rude. She was interested in a Chevy Equinox. The display model was around 33k she asked to see a lower option model. The salesman was rude and said you can see them outside. He never came out. I will be sure to let everyone I know and that follows my blog to stay away from your dealership. You mi... view moressed out on a guaranteed sale.

Good Experience Buying
I shopped quite a few different places when buying my Cruze. I did my research, I checked out prices online, I called to see if the ads people ran really applied to me or not, and after my research I decided to visit Matick.
I was sick of getting the run around by not getting the employee discount. I like the Cruze and couldn`t get past the fact that everyone I called I had to have the ""discount"" to qualify. ... view moreThat makes me feel like I was missing out. When I went to Matick I didn`t need the discount, and still got the price that everyone advertised. I liked that there was not a lot of BS and that I could get what they advertised.
I found my Blue Cruze online before going down there and when I got there, it was cleaned up in the showroom and ready to go! I was impressed with the way I was treated and with the size of the dealer. I had never seen something like it before.
Overall, I`d definitely recommend that friends or family visit Matick. I felt comfortable and look forward to shopping again there when my lease is up. THANK YOU!

If you like being ripped off, buy from George Matick.
For all women out there that believe taking a man with you to purchase a vehicle will secure them from not being ripped off, think again.
If you insist on buying from George Matick go in informed and stay on your toes. A simple lease buyout quickly turned into a not so nice experience. A month before my lease turn in I went to into George Matick looking for a vehicle. Once I realized I could not get a replacement ... view morefor my vehicle I decided to buy out the lease. The salesperson called to get my buyout price and did a quick estimate of my monthly payment but said he would call the next day with the exact amount. He called me the next day to let me know what my new monthly payment would be and I told him I would wait the extra month and make my normal payment since it was $50 cheaper. The salesman then got quite upset with me on the phone and said ""I don`t know why you would do such a thing."" I reiterated there was no reason to pay $50 more than I needed to at the time. I understood he wanted the sale to go through that month but I asked that he wait until the following month, call and get my new buy out price and call me back to set up a time for me to come in and sign the paperwork. Of course he didn`t follow up so I called him back. Once again I explained he had to call for the new buy out price and call me back with the dollar amount and interest rate. 2 days later I had to place the call and he gave me the dollar amount that I was expecting (because I had also called and found out the amount). I go in to sign the paperwork and ask what the final buy out amount is and as expected they put the HIGHER dollar amount from the previous month on there WITHOUT the sales tax to make a person believe they are getting a better deal. At this point the finance manager calls the salesperson in to get the situation rectified and before she explains too much the salesperson KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Why he thought he would get by with this is beyond me since I was the one that explained over and over that my buy out amount would be different from month to month. Then to add insult to injury one piece of paperwork I needed to sign was a waiver allowing them to call me although I was on the ""do not call registry."" At this time the finance manager went on to explain they take it quite serious any paperwork that needs to be discarded with personal information goes into a locked box which then goes to a shredding company. Guess where my paperwork that was incorrect went?? Yes, it went into her personal waste can that had her potato chip bag and other waste, not the lock box she had described. When she went to collect the corrected paperwork I went around the desk and retrieved my personal information. After all the GOOD and HONEST dealerships that were forced to close that WERE NOT under performers we are left with dealerships like George Matick.

Treating people right
I purchased my Corvette from these guys after going down to another dealership down the road first. What a difference. I was treated professionally, I was able to test drive the car and given payments quickly without hassle. I tried to contact several stores online before coming to test drive one and had an awful time until I found Matick. They gave me pricing quickly, we agreed upon the figures and I was driving... view more with 30 minutes. It couldn`t have been easier. I`m trilled with my new Corvette and look forward to visiting the dealership for service.

Great Service
I`ve tried several local Chevy stores to repair my Malibu. I find it so interesting that each experience can be so different, and in most cases so poor. My experience was not so at Matick. I was greeted quickly, given an estimate for my repairs and kept informed throughout the repair process. They not only called me but emailed me pictures and status updates on my repair, going above and beyond what I expected. ... view moreWhen I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was ready to go, they explained everything they did for me and the bill actually came UNDER the estimate they gave me. First time ever. I was so refreshed that the people there were so nice, friendly and professional. I`ll definitely be returning when I need repairs in the future.

Informative and Refreshing Dealership Change!
Matick really gets down to business. They have a HUGE indoor showroom and their Salespeople aren`t into hassling people, but more into just giving us information. I went in, was greeted immediately, not pressured and given all the figures before I left. It was exactly what I was looking for. They followed up, helped my situation and got me into a great new Chevrolet. There`s good things to be said about car deal... view moreerships after all.
