THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE RUD...

THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE RUDE. THERE WORK ON MY CAR WAS TERRIBLE-IT LOOKED BETTER WHEN IT WAS WRECKED THEN AFTER THEY TOUCHED IT. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Great Job!!

When it comes to collision repair, I always dread having to get my car fixed. Especially when my husband got laid off and I was in a car accident. My insurance company directed me to a body shop on Eureka in Wyandotte, and I hoped for the best when i went there to have them fix my car. I explained my situation to them and asked if they could help with the deductible, considering my husband was out of work and we were... view more getting hardly any income. The owner said they couldnt do anything to help me. I was extremely upset, until one of my friends told me about a body shop on Fort St named Statewide Collision. They said they had a great experience there, and to try them out. So, I went there and spoke to the owner. I asked him if there was anything he could do to help me - and he said most definitely, there was. He said he would take 250 off my deductible, and he even helped me get into a loaner car. He said if there was anything else he could do to let him know and that he would try his best. Not only will my husband and I use statewide collision if we ever are in need of car repair again, but we will be sure to tell all of our friends about it as well!
