Guess things are going well there

I would not have even given them one star if it was an option.

I found a vehicle online that I wanted to buy. I tried to contact one of the sales managers several times by e-mail and by phone and he didn`t call me back. So I had my wife call and send an e-mail and he didn`t call her back either.

Eventually I said I would be coming up to meet with someone to purchase the vehicle. I left work early and wh... view moreen I drove two hours to get there, the truck had been loaded onto a carrier and sent back to auction. He never called me to tell me, just an e-mail at 2PM, after I`d already taken half a day off from work to get there.

Needless to say, he simply apologized and told me that he`d ""get back to me"" yet again, once some more vehicles came in. That was two weeks ago. I`m not holding my breath.

Apparently this group of people are content with their current sales.

I will NEVER buy a car from them now! Good Luck! I can only imagine how they would provide service AFTER you buy a vehicle from them!
