Great work over the phone.

I was in need of a new vehicle and ended up going to Andrews Chevy. My wife was able to work out a very good deal and the salesman was more than willing to talk to me on the phone while working out a sale with my wife. We were able to get what we wanted for our trade in and were given all of the incentives that they could find. There were even some obscure incentives that we qualified for on top of the advertised one... view mores. The whole process was very enjoyable and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Service

After the Pontiac dealership that serviced my vehicle closed, I was left without a place to take my car. I took it to Andrew`s after being referred to them by a friend. The performed only the work that needed to be done. They told me which things could wait and which ones were important to be done now. I am a single woman, so I am used to places trying to sell me the moon and the stars. It was refreshing to have... view more them be straight and not try to upsell me things I didn`t need. The bill came in under their original estimate and they even gave me coupon discounts that I wasn`t aware were on their website. About 10 days after the service, I noticed that there was some transmission fluid leaking from the car, so I called them. They came to Lansing and picked the car up from me at work, drove it back to Mason and fixed the fittings that were bad. They then brought the car back to me at work. I cannot say enough about how much that helped me out. I am happy to say I have found a new place to have my car serviced and will not take my car anywhere else from now on! I am very impressed with their work and their professionalism.
