I recently had the pleasure of getting
I recently had the pleasure of getting my car repaired at Greg`s. I dealt with the OWNER directly for the write up, estimate, and when I picked up my car. That is the way he runs his business. He welcomed questions and took the time to thoroughly explain, in ENGLISH, what the problem is and what needed to be done to fix it. The estimate was accurate, the repair was completed when promised, and Greg has stood behin... view mored the repair. The technicians were neat, intelligent, and took care of my car as if it were their own. You won`t find WiFi or a fancy waiting room here. You will find honest, down to earth, fair and friendly service at a reasonable price, with the repair being diagnosed and fixed right the first time.

Great mechanic
My experience with Greg was entirely different. I was referred by a friend who is extremely selective with all her cars. I found Greg to be responsive, calling the same day with a detailed quote and time frame for repair -- both of which he met. The only downside is that his reputation has grown so, occasionally, it can be difficult to get your car in right away unless it`s an emergency. Highly recommend this sho... view morep.

WORST auto shop anywhere
This was the worst auto repair shop that I have ever had the unfortune of going to. I waited two weeks, without of single phone call from them to keep me posted on their progress, only to be repeatedly told for another week after I started calling and complaining that ""we`re working on it right now it will be done today or tomorrow."" This shop is full of lazy, unprofessional, expensive, lying, sorry-excuse-for-me... view morechanics so pray that your car never needs repair when you are anywhere near this shop, and if you do, for your own sake I urge you to ask to be towed a few miles farther to a different shop. A few extra dollars for towing is much better than being strung along by this dreadful shop.
