Amazing people and service!!
Amazing service from buying a car to the service center! I was having no luck with finding a car for my day to day needs! Other dealerships were rude and unhelpful! Here is the place for success! I worked with kristian in finding my car and he was very helpful from the beginning to end! Duane made sure the financing went smoothly and worked hard making sure I was not stressed! I appreciate all their hard work and the... view more service center is also amazing! Myself as a woman I know nothing about cars and repairs! They made sure I was being helped and understood what my car needed! I am so fortunate to have a great experience like this! Amazing customer service!

We we in a car accident, we ha...
We we in a car accident, we have a jeep, so we thought that they would be the best option. We were talking to our service rep and he seemed cool. We then got our jeep back and wow the body work done on it was Horrible. We complained and there was not much they could do for us. Then we drove the Jeep, It pulled so hard to the right, so we took it back, they couldnt figure anything but our ball joints needed to be ... view morereplaced. I had to recall our insurance company to get an insurance ajuster to relook at it and this is what we found. 1. Our axel was bent and was supposedly had been replaced (it wasnt)
2. The rear door was reported replaced and wasn`t
3. The rocker bars were supposed to be repaired.
4. Customer service is a 0 star they choose not to listen and choose not to care what anbodys safety is.
I am also in dissagreeance of this star it really should be no stars.

The rest of the story...
We stand by our diagnoses. Transmission fluid was burnt and had metal shavings in it.
When we refused to meet the demand of Dan Mosier (Son of the customer ) to ""give his Mom a brand new car"" he proceeded to write as many of these poor reviews as he could under his, and his Mom`s, usernames.
Please consider the many positive reviews of Van Andel Flikema at Google Places, Yahoo or DealerRater.

Not only misdiagnosed by thousands, but tried to cover it up too!
I am a 54 year old woman who was visiting my son 500 miles from home when my car suddenly wouldnt shift. At the time I didnt know it is called ""limp in mode"", a fail safe way to get a car into a garage that has a problem. Van Andel Flikkema Chrysler Jeep was very nice and courteous initially, and diagnosed the problem as a complete transmission failure that would require an entire rebuild costing thousands. The e... view morentire cost amounted to over half the worth of the car, so as one could imagine I wanted some time to think about it. For whatever reason, call it female intuition, I didn`t feel they were being upfront with me and didn`t know what to do.
I asked for my car back, and they gave me the run around. They called me twice warning me of the dangers of even driving the car off the lot. The damage it could do to the car, the $70 diagnostic fee they wouldn`t applied to future work. They straight out told me I shouldnt take the car from their service center. I felt the gentleman on the phone was trying to scare me into leaving the car there. I was now fully suspicious. I took the car to an interdependent transmission shop. When the mechanic took the car for a test drive and put it on the computer, he confirmed it was a $17 sensor. I found out why Flikkema was so worried about me getting my car back! The repair was done for a total of $92 and has had over 3000 miles put on it since with no problems.
I feel I was almost a victim of not only criminal intent to commit fraud, but gender discrimination as well. I just cannot believe if my husband had taken the car in they would have tried to pull one over on him. That and the way they attempted to scare me into leaving the car at their garage and not getting a second opinion, avoid this place like the plague! Especially you woman!
